"This was a jewel of a place in Chattanooga. This place was less than 10 minutes from Ruby Falls and Rock City and only 15-ish minutes from downtown Chattanooga. We brought our dog and LOVED having the back yard for her to run around. The interior was super clean, and really comfortable. Plenty of room for our four kids in one bedroom and my wife and I in the other. There were a few games which our kids loved, as well as little things like crayons and paper, which entertained our youngest for a long time. We had one issue trying to get the key when we first arrived, but the property managers responded literally within a minute or two and got everything straightened out. This home provides a family friendly layout with 2 bedroom and 1 bath open-concept design. Enjoy Smart TV streaming on all 3 TVs (located in each bedroom and living area). Family, friends and pets will enjoy the patio, fire pit area and fully fenced in backyard.

The home has a spacious living room including a sectional sofa with two cozy recliners as well as a third separate recliner. For some downtime relaxation, enjoy family favorite games, crayons and paper, all stocked in the living room game cabinet. Adjacent to the living room, there is a dining table with enough space for 4 guests.

PETS:

This is a dog-friendly property. We welcome 2 DOGS - with additional consideration upon request. All dogs must be in a crate when guests are not at the home (a crate is provided in the primary bedroom closet). All dogs must be on a leash (when not contained to the fully fenced yard) to comply with local laws and as there are other pets/wildlife in the area. To keep the property/neighborhood clean and tidy, please pick up after your dog(s) with provided waste bags. We ask that dogs are kept off furniture.
