Excellent location. Walking to everything in Gardiner and could walk to the entrance of Yellowstone Park. Plus! incredible view off the back deck of the Yellowstone River and Electric Peak. One morning drinking coffee we watched a wildlife (on the other side of the river) roam around. Wonderful, very comfortable and spacious stay.

This is a beautiful home that is really set up for multiple guests with the each room having its own bathroom. The layout of the rooms is also nice and it feels very intentional, not like they created extra rooms for a rental. The bathrooms are all newly redone and nice although the open style showers takes a little getting used to. It is really spacious, allowing people to gather around the big table or to split up and do their own thing without having to hide in a bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed for dishes and cookware for multiple meals that we cooked. The outdoor grill was also a nice addition.The photos of the back porch and view don’t do it justice! It is amazing! Make sure to take your binoculars! We watched elk on the hills every morning. It is within walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants and shops. I cannot imagine a better accommodation could be found in the area for a large group!We were excited to find some treats on our arrival and honestly, they were better than anything you could’ve found at any of the local bakeries!

This experience was nothing short of awesome! The house worked extremely well with our group, was well laid out, and had wonderful common spaces to enjoy together. Views were phenomenal with large windows from the dining and living areas, a back deck and a fire ring with seating, all overlooking Yellowstone National Park directly across the river. The location gave us the experience of seeming to be in the Park but also in Gardiner - we walked through the entire town and out to Roosevelt Arch several times. We were impressed and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Dorothy was an excellent, attentive host. Our entire family from 7 to 77 loved our stay here. The playground in the yard was a big hit. The house is in a great location to town, Yellowstone, activities, and restaurants. The market is within walking distance. The house is decorated to resemble your own home. Beautiful views as well. Thank you for a happy vacation!

Such a great house. We've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this was house was the best equipped of any we've stayed in. It accommodated our large family of 10 really well. Ample room for the 3 small children to play. Beautiful view and sounds of the river below. Dorothy was so nice and very communicative. Minutes from the Main entrance and grocery store. Parking is ok, only 2 cars allowed. Our 3rd car stayed in the street for the week without issue. Beds were comfortable, water pressure is good and the kitchen was great!. The swing set came in handy too!

The property was stunning and met all of our needs down to the last detail. Perfect location, kitchen not completely stripped of little items needed such as spices, oils, pan spray etc. So great not to worry about buying or bringing sugar for my coffee! Space was very clean. Dorothy was very responsive with any questions or concerns. Perfect location for Yellowstone visit, shopping and eating in town. Can recommend to anyone visiting!!

Everything was perfect. Plenty of dishes and kitchen stuff to make cooking easy with a big group. Every bedroom has a bathroom. The view of the Yellowstone River and animals was amazing. Loved sitting on the porch in the evening with family made it special. Dorothy surprised us with treats like scones on arrival day. So yummy! Thanks!!

This was a perfect place to stay for our large extended family. The house is beautiful and has so many fun things to do. Gardiner is a great place to stay to visit Yellowstone and has lots of other fun activities. There are a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The elk all over town were wonderful.

The house was great for a large multi-generational vacation. The view off the back deck was incredible and the large kitchen/table made dinners together delightful. The host was incredibly responsive to questions and offered helpful suggestions. The nearness to Yellowstone was absolutely ideal. It was a great house and a great vacation!

Awesome stay on Yellowstone River!!

This property was hands down our favorite VRBO stay. Not only was it perfectly located to the north entrance of YS, it was clean, beautiful and great working with Dorothy and Shirl. We highly recommend this place and would stay there again ourselves. So beautiful!!

Beautiful home with breathtaking views. Met all our expectations! Enjoyed being so close to the park and walking distance to town. Had a great time exploring the park and surrounding areas. The men had a great time fishing everyday on the Yellowstone river. Watching the wildlife from outside our windows was the highlight of the trip. Would love to return to this area and this house again ! Thanks for opening up your home, it was a treat.

Great stay!

Amazing home with all the amenities you need. Very clean! Beds were extremely comfortable and the sound of the river made for the best sleep. Loved that each room had it’s own bathroom. Would definitely stay again. ❤️

Great Time!

Excellent stay - great first time for visiting Yellowstone! House was nice - beautiful kitchen, and an awesome deck overlooking the Yellowstone River and the Gallatin National Forest. Our hosts were very gracious and helpful. If you have a large family and want to visit Yellowstone this property is perfect - plenty of sleeping spaces and a very good sized home to accommodate everyone.

Best vacation EVER!

Can't say enough great things. The house, the location, the owners, it was spectacular in every way. Our adventures in Yellowstone were amazing. We ALL loved it - every last one of us - from kids to grandparents. We will be back!!
