Located on 37th Street, this third-floor unit offers stunning bay views and is just a short walk from the Ocean City Convention Center. Step out onto the deck and you’ll experience breathtaking sunsets that will leave you in awe.

As you explore the space, you’ll find a well-designed living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. The open layout invites you to unwind with two Smart Streaming TVs and FREE WiFi, allowing you to stay connected or enjoy entertainment. The spacious bay-view patio, adorned with comfortable seating, offers an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a drink in the evening breeze.

For those who love the outdoors, you’ll enjoy access to a small beach, perfect for kayaking. If you're looking for more adventure, there’s a refreshing pool to cool off in, and a boat ramp for your aquatic activities. Should you choose, you can enhance your stay by renting a boat slip for $100 during your visit.

As you settle in, you’ll appreciate the convenience of having one reserved parking space, and the added comfort of an in-unit washer and dryer. You’ll also be delighted to know that you’re just minutes away from Ocean City's best dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making this condo the perfect place to unwind while being close to the excitement.

To keep cleaning costs low, I kindly ask that you bring your own linens. However, for your convenience, I offer a $50 linen drop-off service, which includes freshly laundered sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. This service allows me to maintain affordable rates while ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. At the end of your stay, simply return the linens in the provided bag. We had a wonderful stay! The communication with the host was great from start to finish, and the place was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated that sheets and towels were provided—it made the stay so much easier.The location was fantastic. It’s in a cute little community where everyone was so friendly, and it’s within walking distance to the beach, nice restaurants, and Jolly Roger Amusement Park. The boardwalk is also just a short drive away, which was very convenient.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and ready when we arrive. We got the linen package and towels and had what we needed for the beds except pillows. There were 2 pillows on the bed, but no pillows for the pull out couches. There are also no curtains(just decorative) in the living room where the couches were so there was lots of light coming in during the morning and the parking lot lights shinned in at night. We found the sink faucet sitting on the bathroom counter. We texted the office and they did send someone to look at the faucet. It popped back on and worked but was very loose. The location was great. Next to the convention center and easy access to the beach.
