La combinazione di posizione, comodità e lusso è difficile da abbinare. Siamo situati a Carlsbad Village. La posizione è la vera perfezione con così tanti ristoranti e negozi fantastici. 1 isolato dalla spiaggia pubblicato nelle foto, che è il punto in cui iniziano sia il beach board superiore che quello inferiore e c'è una bella rampa d'accesso, bagni sulla spiaggia e anche una torre sorvegliata da bagnino nei mesi estivi.

Di recente costruzione e arredato, questo è uno dei condomini più belli di Carlsbad e coerente con un hotel di lusso a 5 stelle, ma con 2900 piedi quadrati, una cucina gourmet, 4 ampie camere da letto, un garage privato custodito per 2 auto e un master con vista sull'oceano con un incredibile terrazza sul tetto che guarda al bellissimo Oceano Pacifico e al villaggio di Carlsbad. Non c'è bisogno di guidare ... camminare ovunque poiché è abbastanza vicino da andare e venire dalla spiaggia e dal villaggio tutto il giorno quando vuoi fare le tue cose o in gruppo.

La suite Master è vicino a 800 piedi quadrati con una grande cabina armadio, si affaccia ad ovest verso l'oceano con una brezza meravigliosa e una piccola vista verso l'oceano. Lussuoso bagno padronale con vasca / vasca idromassaggio e doccia a piastrelle / vetro separate, i suoi lavandini, un banco trucco separato e un bagno privato con porta. Il ponte principale ha una scala a chiocciola per il tetto 12 x 12 privato / solarium con splendida vista sull'oceano e sul villaggio.

Abbiamo costruito noi stessi questi condomini con un'attenzione particolare ai dettagli, al lusso e al comfort totale! Non vediamo l'ora che tu resti con noi ... è un posto fantastico che i nostri ospiti continuano a tornare anno dopo anno!

This condo is great for our large family. It’s very clean and Kimmy, the host, is very accessible. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked & there are plenty of beach towels & toys. It’s rare to have 4 king sized beds & a garage. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and of course the beach! This was our 3rd stay & we’ll be back!

Family trip

Our kids, their husbands and our grandchild stayed in this unit for six nights. It had everything we needed in a great location near the beach and the village. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot

Our stay in Carlsbad was fantastic, mainly due to our proximity to the downtown area. Great restaurants, bars, shops, music etc. The house was perfect. Clean, modern, spacious. We had everything we needed. Our host was available if necessary, and was very accommodating. A great stay

Everything you might want!

This rental worked out so good for our group of 8 which included 4 children. It is very spacious - the kitchen along with paper products were well stocked -lots of beach items were available - great parking options - beds were so comfortable and it’s close to the beach and downtown. The manager was quick to take care of any questions or concerns. I really can’t say enough good things about this location.

Wonderful!!

Kimmy was a fabulous host! The house is beautiful, well - stocked, fantastic location! She answered every question promptly. Went out of her way to accommodate every need, and even provided a box of toys for our grandkids ages 3 and 4. Our entire experience was perfect!!!

Excellent stat!

As a family of 5, everyone had their own bedroom and space which was amazing! The pictures actually reflect the home. Kimmi has thought of everything when setting this place up! The beds were very comfortable. Kimmi responds quickly to any questions. The location is perfect. I could go on and on! This place is perfect!

This home is exceptional! The location is perfect - close to all that Carlsbad Village has to offer and also so close to the beach. But the neighborhood was quiet too. The property was spotless, right down to the underground garage. I'm particular about sheets, towels, and bed linens, and this home didn't disappoint. Everything was very comfortable and high quality. The kitchen was well-stocked, but we didn't use much of it because we wanted to visit local restaurants instead of cooking our own meals. The hosts were easy to reach when the smoke detector battery started chirping, and they had it fixed right away. There were a bunch of sand toys, chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon to take everything over to the beach. Honestly, this was the perfect place to stay while visiting Carlsbad and the San Diego area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place!!!

Wow. This place was everything it said it was and more. It was so luxurious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Roof deck is pretty cool, but a bit cramped. Living room was so comfortable it was tough to take the trip up there, but we made it a few time. I loved the basement garage. If we ever go back to Carlsbad we will certainly stay here.

The roof deck is a little cramped and measures 10 feet by 10 feet and is intended as a private retreat/sun deck for the master Bedroom and was never intended for entertaining. It's one of the very few Condos in Carlsbad that even have a roof deck. The views of the ocean and Village are wonderful from the roof deck.

Spacious and well appointed. Perfect vacation rental!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Michael's property. first of all, the pictures on line do not do it justice. There was plenty of room for 8 people and everything was clean, and ready to use. One small problem with the garbage disposal was resolved within about 10 minutes after bringing to Michael's attention. One morning, after discovering that a few members of our group were surfers, he dropped off a board for us to use. Beach is about 2 blocks away, and location is perfect to check out the village and Wednesday farmer's market. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations.

Great Location, Loved staying here.

Great location! Short walk to the beach. House comes with beach chairs, towels, etc. The parking garage was so handy! Kimmy was quick to fix any issues we had. BBQ grill needed attention-they fixed it. Master bath toilet handle wasn't working right-they offered to fix it immediately. Water temperature for showering could've been warmer. They had plenty of extra necessities such as toilet paper, soap, and trash bags-which was so nice. You can't see the ocean from this location-even from the roof, but it's still a great location in the village. Overall, great experience!

We rented this condo in Carlsbad Village for our entire family during my son’s wedding week and it was absolutely spectacular. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable for everyone, with plenty of room to gather together while still allowing privacy when needed.The condo was beautifully maintained and stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need — from the kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras that made our stay so easy and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect for enjoying Carlsbad, and having such a beautiful, welcoming place to stay made our wedding weekend even more special and memorable for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Kimmy and her husband are fantastic hosts!!

In town for a wedding

This was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in! We were at family of 18 and had rented both units for 4 nights, the house was so clean, spacious and had everything we needed, the location in the town of Carlsbad was so beautiful, and Kimmy the host was such a pleasure to deal with and so very helpful! I will definitely be back, and highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property in awesome location

We spent 3 weeks at this beautiful property and enjoyed every minute. Communications with Kimmy were really helpful and efficient. The property is in excellent condition and well stocked. Specifically, it has many beach chairs, umbrellas, bodyboards, etc. and even a cool wagon to pull everything to beach. One minor issue with the A/C unit was resolved quickly and seamlessly. The location is fantastic as it is short walk to beach and walking distance to many fabulous restaurants and wine bars, many with live music. Even sailed the ocean a couple of times out of nearby Oceanside. The parking situation is a real plus as the unit has 2 car private garage. This is really helpful for a property so close to the beach. Unlike many beach resort towns, Carlsbad Village was not overcrowded, even during summer high season. Great vibe in the Village without long lines. Totally loved this property in wonderful Carlsbad Village.

Living in Carlsbad for 30 years now my Husband and I stay active with all that the coastal lifestyle has to offer. We are avid Pickleball players and also love biking, walking, running, surfing, swimming or building sand castles! Our large family has different interests along and we cherish the coast and our together time.
We built and designed these condos from the ground up and was our personal home for many years. We paid special attention to quality, detail, and high end amenities that were important to a luxurious feel but also captures comfort of the Earth and the Beach.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We feel Carlsbad and specifically Carlsbad Village is the nicest beach town along the entire Coast line, primarily because of the beautiful year round weather, very close access to the Ocean and our miles of amazing sandy beaches, good surfing and the large variety of shops and restaurants that Carlsbad Village has to offer. Really seems to have everything we've hoped for in a coastal community...we love it here.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

the combination of location, convenience and luxury is hard to beat. Were located in Carlsbad Village with many different restaurants and shops and 1 block from the beach posted in the pictures, which is where both the upper and lower beach boardwalks begin. There's a nice access ramp, beach bathrooms and also a manned lifeguard tower in the summer months. This unit is one of the nicest condos in Carlsbad and consistent with a 5 star luxury hotel, but with spacious 3000 square feet, a gourmet kitchen, a secure private 2 car garage and a huge master with an incredible roof deck that looks to the beautiful pacific ocean and Carlsbad Village downtown. No need to drive...walk everywhere as it's close enough to come and go from the beach and Village all day when you want to do your own thing or in a group.
