Spectacular La Jolla Shores Location! Located in the private gated Clubdominiums complex with included amenities such as one designated parking space, pool and spa, tennis and pickle ball court, exercise room, and community BBQ area with tables in a park like setting. This stunning, single level, fully furnished unit located on the first floor of the complex is just steps from the La Jolla Shores Beach, Kellogg Park, fabulous restaurants, shops, and The La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. Additionally, it is just a short drive from other notable locations such as Torrey Pines Golf Course, La Jolla Cove, Downtown San Diego, PetCo Park, San Diego Bay, Mission Bay, and SeaWorld.

The contemporary inspired interior offers 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 office with bunkbeds, twin over full, 2 baths with open and light filled living areas, an expansive private outdoor 1,350 sq. ft. patio, views of the surrounding hills, and a peek ocean view from the patio.

La Jolla Shores is a beach and popular vacation/residential community in La Jolla, San Diego, California. The quaint La Jolla Shores business district is a relaxed, mixed-use village encircling Laureate Park, on Avenida de la Playa in the village of La Jolla Shores. The village has several fine dining restaurants as well as plenty of casual dining places, shops, and a few galleries. You can take surf lessons and rent surfboards, boogie boards, paddle boards, and wetsuits from Surf Diva. Kayak, snorkel, and bike tours and rentals are available at San Diego Bike and Kayak.

The beach is approximately one mile long and stretches from the sea cliffs just north of La Jolla Cove to Black’s Beach south of Torrey Pines State Park. The Shores meets the Scripps Institution of Oceanography campus and Kellogg Park (with a playground right next to the beach), encompasses the Scripps Pier and borders the San Diego-La Jolla Underwater Park Ecological Reserve to the south. The beach is a popular launch point for kayakers and has a swimming area only and a surfing only area.

We stayed here for 6 weeks. The place was excellent - as advertised. Great proximity to the beach and local restaurants/shops. The unit was fully equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with huge terrace, right by the beach

Condo is even nicer than the photos, and that terrace that comfortably seats 16 is actually your private terrace. It is very close to shops and restaurants on Avenida De La Playa (the main drag). I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, light filled apartment steps from the beach and Main Street

Absolutely beautiful, sun-drenched, spacious unit in a centrally located, very well-maintained La Jolla Shores building—just a few steps from the beach, and right off the main street lined with restaurants and cafes. The unit has an enormous balcony /patio, and is the only home I’ve so far seen in San Diego that gets the most perfect light in the morning, afternoon and at sunset. Excellent host, very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended overall. A truly wonderful home.

Mid-April- Mid June Stay

We stayed in this residence for two months between Mid April to Mid-June. The booking and communication prior and during our stay was extremely easy and helpful. We were incredibly pleased with the residence, the amenities, and the location of the unit. The residence itself was well appointed with nice furnishings, the beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with nice linens and towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. A 2-minute walk to the La Jolla Shoes beach and a suitable selection of restaurants right outside your door. I can't say enough good things about the large outdoor patio with umbrellas and plenty of seating and there is a small view of the water from the side area of the patio. The unit also came with beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon. With this unit being centrally located near all the restaurants, the downside is the noise that comes with being near business operations. It's hard to tune out the sounds of garbage trucks dumping large trash bins in the early morning hours, but while this was a slight annoyance it did not override the benefits of staying at this residence and we would most definitely return!

Best stay ever!!!!

So, we happened upon this property by chance. It is a newly remodelled very modern 3 bedroom, 3 bath, large condo/house in the middle of La Jolla. It is only a few minute walk to the water. It is located right next to the strip of restaurants in La Jolla, and it is very private and secure. This property has its own HUGE wrap around patio which nobody else has, so the outdoor space is enormous. The indoor space is very large too. There are mini split air conditioners in every zone which is sooooo nice, There are new smart TVs in every room. There is underground private assigned parking for this unit which is a life saver. This facility has a nice little gym, very nice pool and spa, and tennis courts, all of which were empty every time we went. Honestly, you couldn't ask for anything more. It doesn't get any better than this. La Jolla can be a little bit noisy during peak season, but you can just shut the window and you don't hear a thing. One of the best properties we've ever stayed at. I'm a little sad, because I know I will never stay in such a nice place again if I ever go back to La Jolla as this will be booked out over a year in advance.
