We appreciate the feedback, Katrina. In reviewing the reservation history, we received a call the morning after your arrival to our EML line regarding the smoke detector beeping. When speaking with reporting guest, we were informed he wasn't actually at the unit yet and was not directly experiencing the issue. Regardless, we dispatched our team and they were at the unit within the hour. We agree the hot water situation was unfortunate and an inconvenience and after discussing your scenario with upper management, compensation was provided for your stay.
