Our stay at Sand Dunes Resort was more than we ever could have dreamed. Check in was easy. The room was clean and had more than enough space for all of us. The room looked exactly like the pictures and the balcony was truly magical. We stayed on the 16th floor and could see for miles. Sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking and we watched a thunderstorm come through late at night which was amazing . We were close enough to all of the action (in driving distance) but far enough away from the boardwalk that it wasn't chaotic. Thanks for the memories - we will definitely be back!!

Gnats were everywhere and stunk. Underneath the kitchen sink had black mold everywhere. This was definitely a health hazard and the health department needed to get involved. We had to rebook another place the same day and relocate at the last minute. NEVER again.

Great Location!

My husband and I took our young adult children for a little get away! This was definitely a great place to stay. Plenty of room for all us, right on the beach and close to many attractions! Any Questions we had were answered quickly by hosts!

The apartment was clean, but unfortunately, the smell was unbearable. I’m not sure what cleaning products the company uses, but the smell was very strong and unpleasant.The apartment itself is great, with a beautiful oceanfront view. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the dining area was nice. Great 3 bedrooms, comfy beds,chairs, couches. Love the balcony!The biggest issue for us was parking. I couldn’t fit my large SUV with a rooftop cargo box because the clearance was too low. Had to everyone exit the car before entertaining garage, remove cargo and store it in the car, every time we entered. then put it back on when we needed to go out . Huge hustle.Another major problem was the elevator.Not to mention every day, It took us 55 minutes to get from the 16th floor down to the parking garage when we checked out. The only one elevator was working out of 3 and kept arriving full, so it was very difficult to get on with our luggage.Overall, this property just isn’t for us. Thank you for having us, but unfortunately, we won’t be back next time.

This is a must stay on your vacation! The views are amazing, and the location is un beatable. We loved the beds in these units as we got great sleep. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting this area, you will not be disappointed.

Condo was nice but needs some TLC. The dishwasher was broken and could not be used all week. The smoke alarms were all detached and on top of refrigerator! The deck was nice with a great view of the beach. Water pressure was great! The elevators were very fast from 16th floor! There were many hooks on the hallway wall to hang things. The down side is if you rent this condo, you will not be able to use the lazy river and splash pad included in the aerial photo of the hotel which is only for people renting directly from Sand Dunes. Our grandkids were very disappointed by this. The condo smelled bad, a wet musty ammonia smell that lasted the entire week. The listing says it sleeps 12 but the six beds are only full size and would be small for two larger people. And only two parking passes wasn’t enough for us. There are restaurants close enough to walk to which was good because when we came back at night the parking garage was full so we had to find parking elsewhere. The host was very nice and prompt in answering questions. All in all, we did enjoy the condo but next time would rent directly from Sand Dunes so we could use all the amenities.

Very nice

We had a great weekend. The rooms and bathroom was clean. The checkin process was quick and easy, everything was explained in the follow up email sent the day before your trip. The only bad experience was we ran out of tissue but that didn’t take away from the experience cause ran to the store and purchased some along with wash cloths. I highly recommend the place.

The location was great, we did experience a few problems inside the condo. A few things didn’t work.

The location was great, everything we needed was close by. A few appliances didn’t work in the condo the bathroom sink was clogged, I fixed it. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the indoor pool and the adults loved the 2 hot tubs. The white floors were really hard to keep clean. But everything turned out great!
