Non crederai allo spazio in questo splendido cottage sulla spiaggia 3BR / 3BA al THE BEACH CLUB. 10 posti letto. Letti: letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto, letto matrimoniale nella terza camera da letto e due divani letto. Questo è un ottimo posto per riunioni di famiglia, uscite di golf, tornei di tennis, campi, ecc. Porta tutto il gruppo e goditi la tua casa lontano da casa nei Cottages al Beach Club. Appuntamenti interni: 3 TV, lettori DVD, cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata, nuovi elettrodomestici, ripiani in granito, lavatrice e asciugatrice, ogni camera ha il proprio bagno privato, lenzuola in cotone egiziano al 100%.

Quando hai bisogno di scappare, questo è il posto giusto. Questo è un complesso turistico per famiglie, recintato, con diverse piscine, ristorante in loco, grill e altro! Il campo da golf Kiva Dunes, classificato a livello nazionale, si trova a un miglio di distanza! Mentre il favoloso campo da golf Peninsula è a soli 10 minuti di distanza.

This is our 2nd time staying her and the extra space vs a condo is well worth a short walk thru the parking lot. Our family of 7 stayed here comfortably. The flooring in the kitchen, living area and bathroom needs replacing; but it didn’t negatively impact our stay. We will likely rent here again.

The cleaning service needs to be more attentive to smallDetails. Some Items in cottage are dated and aren’t not best quality. Fridge is on last leg. Having additional trash bags/ tp would be nice except one toolFor 4 days in a cottage that sleeps 8/10 people. Toilets clogged several times.Floors in kitchen needs to replaced.

Tranquil Paradise!

Beach Cottage 20 is very nice and spacious. The neighborhood is beautiful and upscale with many close amenities. You can walk to restaurant, bar, spa, beach, etc. It is 12 miles from the main highway in Gulf Shores so you are away from all the traffic, hustle and bustle and have your own tranquil paradise! The tub in the master bath is truly relaxing!

Great place and area, but could use a bit of a cleanup

Fit our group very well and was spacious and very close to the beach and other amenities. Could tell that the house had been weathered a bit. The paint was coming off a few walls, the couches were pretty worn down and haven't been cleaned in a while, and the grill is super dirty and needs to be cleaned out. Otherwise, a great stay!

Wonderful house and wonderful week!

Don’t miss this opportunity to stay on this house. Better then we even expected. Beautiful very spacious house. Short walk to beach…. Just across the parking lot easy walk. Beautiful well kept grounds. Lots and lots to do with your kids. The village is pretty cool wished we would have done more there with the kids and adults. I’m happy we booked our family vacation at this house and The Beach club!

Great place to stay. Very spacious to accomidate a large family.

The refrigerator ice and water in the door did not work and couple doors would not lock. Other than that everything was great. They had card games to play and tvs in every room. We even used the grill. Could've have asked for a better place to stay. Lool forward to staying again. Thank you.

Great location, perfect size for 10 people

We love the location and size of cottage 20. The rugs and floor could be cleaned better. We had two crawling babies and the rugs were dirty. The overall place needs a deep clean. A few extra trash bags, an extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom and paper towels for a group of 10 would have been nice too.

As stated in our check-in documents, Each property will have one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a small bar of soap for every sink and shower, one trash bag liner per trash can, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two dish tabs for dishwasher, dish soap, and sponge. In regards to the rugs, we do apologize and will assess those. It's a pleasure to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us despite the few inconveniences. Plenty of room

Cottage 20 gives a family way more room than a resort unit. Furniture does need to be updated. Kitchen slightly unorganized but fully stocked with needed cooking/eating things. The pools are basic. We did not pay the $45/day to use clubhouse- not worth it. Shops/food trucks up front at night were fun.

Awesome Family Vacation

We had 10 in our party, 5 adults and 5 kids. The house was fantastic, with plenty of room for our family. Loved the front and back porch!! The grill was a bonus. We were able to play some of the games provided..outburst was our favorite! The walk to the beach was fine. The outdoor closet with floats, boogie boards and sand toys was a nice added feature! We even left a few extra! Having the 4 pools to choose from we did not miss using the clubhouse facilities. Have already booked for next year! We would rate this stay as 5/5 stars!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and great location. TV remotes are missing battery covers. So, batteries kept falling out of the remotes. Living room TV picture quality was poor on many channels. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Beautiful cottage.

Thank you again, for your honest feedback. 02/01/19 - The condo issues have been addressed along with updated furnishings. Carpet in bedrooms has been professionally cleaned. The following items have also been replaced. Chester drawers & dresser in the guest bedroom, the sofa sleeper in the foyer, the outside grill, and dining room table and chairs.

Close to beach, nice property.

House was nice. Close to beach and great size for family. Few minor issues during stay. Two of three TV's would not work. We were able to get one figured out but one could not be fixed during our stay. Electric outlet had an extra plug which shorted out the living room lights. Next door neighbors air unit blew and knocked out our internet connection for a day. We had an enjoyable stay minus those few problems. Property was very nice and location was great.
