Great house, awesome pool!

We had a fantastic stay in this Clearwater home. Plenty of room for the two of us, and very clean and updated! Would definitely recommend!

Mi è piaciuto: Check-in e comunicazione
We were a quite disappointed in the comfort of this home. The sofa was broken down and you had to sit on the boards of the frame. The stools at the island are also broken down and you sit on a board. There was no place to sit and be comfortable The chairs at the table are hard plastic chairs and the only place to try to sit. The king bed was thin and uncomfortable. The pool area had weeds and was dirty and the pool was also dirty upon our arrival. The table and chairs were all dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. There was no chaise or comfortable chairs to enjoy the pool area for enjoying the pool or sun-just a dirty table/chairs and sun beaten Adirondack plastic chairs that were chalky and brittle so we chose not to attempt to use them. Inside the house we found a dirty coffee pot and dirty knife with dried food in the knife block. The washing machine seal is moldy due to the door being closed and I had concerns about using it because of the mold. We booked 9 nights and didn’t have but 1 roll of paper towels and not enough toilet paper. We spent very little time at the place and still didn’t have enough basics to last the time booked. We were disappointed in this stay as the photos looked better than the property was.

The property had several good commodities and a good location near Clearwater and Tampa. The pool was well kept despite a few leaves from taller trees in the neighbors yards. The neighborhood was quite with low traffic. Overall the house was clean and except for a few items. There were several items that were broken from misuse and these were reported to the property owner.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the location, amenities, pool, and the quiet neighborhood, and that the home met your expectations overall. We also appreciate you reporting the maintenance items you noticed during your stay. Guest feedback helps us keep the property in great condition, and we’ve already addressed the concerns you mentioned. That said, we were a bit surprised by the 3-star rating, as your comments were largely positive and indicated that you enjoyed the home and your experience. We always strive to provide a 5-star stay, so if there was anything else that impacted your rating, we would love to hear more so we can continue improving. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
