We do pest control, but given the current season and coastal environment, mosquitoes can unfortunately still be present at times. The unit's square footage is provided before booking confirmation, and a coin-operated laundry machine is available on site as noted in the listing. Regarding the coffee pot, we would have been happy to assist had we known about it during your stay. We also attempted to reach you regarding your reservation to check in, but we're unable to reach anyone. Thank you again for your feedback.

As for the parking, it is stated in our VRBO listing information that parking costs USD10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax.
