Great lake front views!! Clean, comfy beds, stocked kitchen. Frank and his son super nice. Only 1 hr from the dells. Great place to stay!!

Great stay with friends. Really fun property with amazing views. Step out of your bedroom and on to the dock! Great setup for 3 couples. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Beautiful Home

Staying here was fantastic. The views are breathtaking, the beds are very comfy, and its incredibly clean. I would easily stay here again!! Highly recommended!

Great for a family gathering

It was beautiful. We had extended family stay in the smaller cabins, and we stayed in the Boathouse #6 and had a very good time all together for meals and cards.

Amazing spot

What a perfect location and perfectly kept house. Clean and very well stocked. Frank (owner) was so great to work with. Right on the beautiful lake. Will definitely look to book again soon!

We meet family for Thanksgiving dinner. We had such a great time. The house is awesome and the views are just fabulous.

Can’t get closer to the water than cottage 6 - beautiful!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights in cottage 6. The sunrise was spectacular. Had a great time on the pontoon boat. Frank was a very responsive host.

Charming classic lake resort

Crown Point Resort is a gem on Lake Kegonsa, owned and run by a very personable host. We stayed in cottage 6, the boat house. It was clean and tidy and had all that we needed for our brief stay. Comfortable beds too - and A/C was a necessity during the excessive heat. Glad we also had the lake to chill out in. We would stay here again.

Perfect for a fall weekend

Very convenient to downtown Madison for Badger football without the ridiculous hotel prices of downtown. About 20 minutes to the stadium.

Wisconsin lake getaway

The boathouse cabin was great. Super clean, very unique and comfortable for 6 of us. Exceeded my expectations. We would love for this to be a yearly vacation. The owner, Frank was helpful and very accommodating.

Wedding in Madison

Awesome views from almost every room. Stayed for family wedding weekend. Close enough to Madison to make a good base to go to family functions and back. Very comfortable house and nicely appointed.

Wonderfully Relaxing

The house was perfect for a family of 6. Listening to the waves at night and early morning was wonderful. Frank, the owner, was excellent with communication and helped get our luggage to the rental. Overall, excellent stay. We will return for sure.

Beautiful Lake House

Nice house with lovely lake views. Great communication! Comfortable and clean. We used it as a base to explore Madison, Devil's Lake, Baraboo, and The House on the Rock. Would highly recommend!

We were in town for the Madison Ironman so we didn't get to spend a huge amount of time on the property but it was absolutely beautiful.The communication with Frank was top-notch and very responsive. The views out the window were beautiful to wake up to and see before we went to sleep at night. We were right at the Lakeshore and the stars at night were stunning.The cottage itself had everything we needed for five adults and we were very very pleased.

Wonderful House

We stayed here because of a graduation and the Christmas holiday as a family. It was fantastic. Very nice house and beautiful views of the lake. Frank, the property owner, was very pleasant. Fortunately, we had no issues. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Weekend

We visited the area to visit University of Wisconsin and attend a football game. The boathouse was perfect for our group of six. It was a short drive to Madison and provided a “cozy” place to relax. Loved having 3 full bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. Frank was kind, friendly, and helpful.

We are four friends who met in Chadbourne Hall 50 years ago. One of us was recently diagnosed with ALS and while it was a challenge to get down the hill, we thoroughly enjoyed the patio and the beautiful views. Many thanks to Steve who sherpa’ed us up the hill. Very nice memories were made.

We'll come back!

This is a beautiful location (literally, just a few feet off the lake) and a nice home. I was impressed with how large the home is - it's larger than it appeared in the images. We'll definitely return to this location, if it's available, when we have our small family reunion again next year. 5 stars from me!

Great House and Host!

The location of the house was amazing! We couldn’t have been any closer to the water. Frank was great. He met us at check in and showed us where everything was and how to work everything. The docks were so fun to sit and watch the boats and fish off of. We were excited to have the option of using paddle boards and kayaks. The house was very clean and comfortable. We hope to visit again when we come back to Madison.

A peaceful get-away with gorgeous views!

We wanted a low-key way to celebrate a retirement, and this boathouse was the perfect option. The lake views are amazing, and there were plenty of birds to serenade us. The house was very clean and cozy. Frank was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed hearing the history of his resort and were impressed with the years of hard work he put into it. We did not take advantage of the kayaks or paddleboards available but hope to come back another time to get out on the lake.
