Beautiful and spacious MV oasis!

The place was truly beautiful, lovely furnishings, patio and deck table settings, garden and yard. And very well outfitted - full kitchen, with all you need, also lots of charming and inviting features. And our host was such a lovely person who greeted us warmly and generously and answered all our questions. Would love to visit again!

Julia was a great guest. We appreciated the good communication and the fact that she took good care of the property by treating it as if it was her own home. In this fast paced world it’s good to deal with nice people.

Couples Delight

The Inca gardens Apartment exceeded our expectations for an apartment. We were a party of three adult couples (siblings and spouses) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely decorated with a nautical theme and well maintained. It has a bright, airy interior, and the pictures on the website are truly representative. You should know the apartment is the entire second floor of a raised ranch, and was a perfect size for our party - we were even able to easily navigate the one bathroom. We equally enjoyed the private back yard sipping coffee in the morning on the back deck, and sharing stories of our day while sipping wine and drinks around the fire pit at night. The location provided quick access to either Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven and is off a side road with little or no traffic.

Everything was as advertised. House was clean, updated, and nicely appointed. Great location central to everything. Very good value. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends.

Great property!

We had an amazing time during our stay on Martha’s Vineyard! The location of this property was absolutely perfect—centrally located and just minutes from downtown, the beaches, restaurants, and everything the island has to offer. The home itself was spacious, spotless, and had just the right amount of room for our family. We especially loved the huge backyard, which featured multiple decks and plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a completely hassle-free stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during our trip. We would absolutely love to come back and stay here again. You can’t go wrong with this house—book it!
