Great location

Management was great. They checked in on us to make sure we were ok. Great view of the pool and the Sphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

We had a great time with no issues at all! The condo was comfortable; check in/out was without issues; communication with owner was uninhibited and responsive; location was central to all we were interested in seeing. We will return, and appreciate the comfort.

Great stay

This was a great property! It was very clean and so well laid out. We were there for a conference at the MGM and it was perfect. So nice to have 2 bathrooms and a refrigerator. Matt was so easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions very quickly.

Great stay!

It was as advertised, 100%. It's in a really great location. We stayed two nights out of our five nights in Vegas, and it was the nicest. I highly recommend it. Great communication. It is a great unit with an awesome view.

Clean and well appointed unit

We’ve stayed at the Signature many times and this unit - 8-801 - is excellent. You get the corner views of the strip incl Sphere and the lower floor makes for an easy elevator ride. Kitchen area is perfectly appointed and the separate bathrooms and bedroom make privacy easy to come by. The property mgr wasn’t able to guarantee an early check in but the front desk allowed us a 3pm check in hassle free. Perfect place to stay.

Wonderful 1st Vegas Stay

My family, 2 adults, 2children (3/8) stayed a a short visit and loved it. The condo was exactly as described and beautiful. The bathroom was to die for. I spent mornings working at the make up counter as a desk so my family could sleep and loved it. The children also loved “swimming” in the huge bath tub. The view was amazing! It was so much fun to watch the sphere at night and early morning.It was so quiet but just be aware it’s a 15 minute walk through the hotel to get to the strip. And the kitchen supplies are limited but we were able to what we needed. :) Thank you for the great stay!
