Casa Con Vista is a beautiful mountain cabin in an exclusive paved gated community with tons of amenities and gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Georgia. Located about 20-30 minutes to all the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge Georgia (Mercier Orchards, grocery stores, charming Downtown BR, Blue Ridge Lake and Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc) & will accommodate as many as 8 guests. Treat yourself to an extraordinary getaway in the mountains!

The Space:
This 3-bedroom cabin rental is perfect for families and small groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the wrap-around porches and grilling or relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor/outdoor fireplaces, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the stunning mountain views offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing getaway in the mountains! 

 The Main Floor features an open living room with a gorgeous wall of windows highlighting the panoramic Mountain View. There is a gas fireplace and Smart/Satellite TV, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. (Please note that gas fireplaces in this cabin are only operable October through April as they heat the entire cabin.) The main level deck has a gorgeous covered newly screened in lounge area overlooking the mountains with a wood fireplace, outdoor furniture, and Smart/Satellite TV. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased for delivery through the management company.

 The dining room table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wine opener, can opener, kitchen knife set, pots and pans, strainers, serving platters, mixing bowls, dishes, measuring utensils, wine glasses, mixing utensils, cutting boards, baking sheets, blender, kettle, crockpot, mr. coffee 12 cup brew pot, hand mixer, toaster, a Keurig, silverware, scoop, peeler, pizza cutter, masher, grater, muffin pan, casserole dishes, tupperware, bbq tools, and ice maker. There is a gas grill attached to the cabins main gas line on the front porch. 

 The main floor also features a King bedroom with Smart/Satellite TV, a stair gate, a vacuum, and deck access. The bathroom has a walk in tile shower, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, a broom, and a mop. 

 On the Top level there is a small workspace with a desk and a chair. This level features a King Master Suite with a private balcony with beautiful mountain views, a Smart/Satellite TV, and an attached bathroom with a tile walk in shower. 

 The lower level features an entertainment area with a gas fireplace, a pool table, games (Monopoly, Pictionary, Apples to Apples, Puzzles, Jenga, Scrabble, Chinese checkers, Scattergories, and Yahtzee), Smart/Satellite TV, a Pac-Man arcade machine, and a wet bar with a sink, mini fridge, and a microwave. There is a bathroom with a tub shower. The bedroom is a bunk room with 4 single beds, a Pack N Play, and Smart/Satellite TV. The lower porch has mountain views, corn hole boards, a game table, and a hot tub that seats 6. 

There is a 220 Volt EV Charger at the cabin for guests to use as needed.

 The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. 

Minimum age to book this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement PDF. 

No pets allowed. No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc). 

The driveway is paved and can fit 3-4 cars but is not suitable for RV’s, boats, or trailers.
