great 1 bedroom unit, ground floor. Easy to get to. The host is great. She is responsive and very helpful. Check in and check out instructions are complete. Unit is furnished well. Appliances are clean and in working order. Lots of extras--beach equipment, cleaning supplies. Recommend if you need a comfortable place to stay in the area.

Prefect location for a weekend away!

My husband and I visited family for a long weekend and the condo was perfect! Communication was wonderful. We will definitely stay again next time we visit the area

Fantastic Husband and Wife Get-away

Extremely comfortable condominium for 2 people. Great location for attending the Phillies preseason games. Our host was extremely helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable. We will be using their place again in the future.

Lovely condo, great location

Maria is a fabulous host, very responsive to questions. The property is well stocked, in a secure community & is the cleanest I've rented, which all made for a much more relaxed stay. Highly recommend!

Nice property, responsive owner

We enjoyed our stay at this condo over the Christmas holidays. Maria was very responsive and helpful. We had a slight hiccup the first day we were there, and Maria was quick to reply to our messages. Thank you!

The pros are there are no stairs, the mattress is comfortable, the washer and dryer work well, the kitchen is well stocked with gadgets and nice appliances, and the pool is fantastic. The downside is the bed frame creaks and the noise of voices and footsteps from the upstairs unit can be annoying. Also, there is an online picture of a room with a desk and bookshelves that doesn't exist in this unit. Though you pay a hefty cleaning fee, you must carry out the garbage to a dumpster about a block away (no instructions given as to location), empty the dishwasher, and put used towels in the washer. Don't underestimate how long it takes to run the dishwasher! And, if there are no pods, don't use liquid soap like I did! (Sorry about that!) The floors were not the cleanest and the tub finish is peeling, but that happens. Also, the unit number wasn't in the information provided, so I was left to locate the correct door by looking at the online photos. You'll need the keycard to open the parking gate at night and that wasn't communicated to me either; fortunately, Maria answered the intercom so we were able to get back to the unit. Overall, a nice place for a short stay.
