This newly refreshed 2-story townhome + basement features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It sleeps 10 across 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed with twin trundle, and 1 Twin-over-full bunk bed. It features spacious bedrooms with modern updates, TVs in every room, and new furnishings throughout. 3 living spaces, include a game room with a 412-game arcade, a Pop-a-Shot, hide-a-bed couch, and a 65” flat screen TV. There is a hot tub, private 2-car garage, and washer/dryer for guest use. Plus, you are located in the heart of Silverthorne in the Wildernest Neighborhood giving you access to multiple world-class ski resorts within a 30-minute drive and amazing hiking/biking trails out your front door.

As you enter the property, on the main level, from either the main entrance or the garage, you will find coat hooks and a bench for easy unloading as you come and go throughout the day. Down the hall is a half-bath. Through the laundry room is the game room for the kids, and kids at heart (perfect for movie nights)! The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area is also located on the main level. The living area features cozy furnishings, fireplace, ceiling fan, Smart TV, board games, and access to the deck and hot tub. The wrap-around deck features the hot tub, a private grill, and outdoor dining furniture. Enjoy the sounds of birds chirping in a private, treed serenity, you may even spot a Moose!

The dining area has seating for 8 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The dining table features a glass top and modern light fixture above. Guests can even get a game of Scrabble going with the dry erase scrabble board on the wall behind the dining table! The full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essential cookware/tableware to make a home cooked meal.

Heading upstairs you’ll find the primary bedroom featuring a King bed, private gas fireplace, smart TV, sitting chairs, treed view, with peeks of Lake Dillon, and an over-sized, en-suite bathroom. The 5-piece primary bathroom is complete with a soaking tub, standing shower, walk-in closet, and 2 large vanities. Down the hall guests can find the 2nd bedroom. It offers a King bed, dresser, smart TV, bedside tables, ceiling fan, and large closet. Further down the hall is the 3rd bedroom with attached bunk room. Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed with dresser, smart TV, bed-side tables, ceiling fan and closet. The attached bunk room includes 4 beds (2 fulls and 2 twins), smart TV, oscillating fan, and large armoire closet. The nicely updated guest bathroom serving the upstairs guest bedrooms has two entrances, one from the hallway and one from the bunk room. This bathroom features a standing shower and double sink vanity with marble countertop.

Head downstairs and guests will find themselves in the 2nd living area. The 2nd living area features comfy furnishings and fun games for the kids! There is a mini hockey game, basketball hoop, teepee and toys. The 4th guest bedroom is also located in the daylight basement. It features a King bed, dresser, bedside tables, and ample closet space. The basement guest bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom and features a standing shower.

Perfect House for a large group
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely perfect for a large group of people. We had about 13 people staying here and everyone had plenty of space with no need to sleep on the couches in the main family room or have everybody’s stuff all around. Please note, since it doesn’t say it on the website, that the Couch in the downstairs family room pulls out to a very nice bed and then beside that another person can sleep on that couch so you can have three people on that couch. There’s also another small couch in the little game room where the basketball hoop is that pulls out. We did not need or use that but you could if you needed to. They provide all the sheets and extra blankets for those pull out beds. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of things to cook with, and was absolutely great. It was nice having the garage to put two cars in and to put peoples wet skis in. The hot tub was excellent. Very clean and nice. The house was about 10 minutes from Copper Mountain and and right up the road from a liquor store, gas station and a little bit further down into town is a Good Pizza Pl., Windy City, pizza, that we ordered out from. I would absolutely stay at this house again. Everything was great.The only negative I would have is I did not feel that there were enough towels. There certainly weren’t enough towels for people to have a bath towel and a towel to go in the hot tub. That would probably be the only negative.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
