Relax and rewind during your travels at this well appointed, new home in a peaceful and rural setting.

Located just a few minutes from High Point University, downtown High Point, Truist Point Stadium.

Close to shopping, restaurants, local wineries, local breweries, Farmer's Markets and more...

This comfortable, spacious, well appointed home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Ensuite Master on main level with King bed. Two additional bedrooms with Queen beds upstairs and a "Jack and Jill" bath.

Kitchen is well equipped for cooking at "home". Gas range, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combo and plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils are already there for your use.

Gas grill and rocking chairs on back porch to enjoy while making dinner. Take some time to sit and relax at the fire pit in the back yard. Wood is available at most any local grocery/hardware store.

Create an instant, cozy ambiance with the flip of a switch on the wall to enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room.

Enjoy streaming your favorites on any of the "Smart" TV's located in all bedrooms and living room.

A private, rural setting for relaxing during your travels.

Nice stay

House was very clean and well maintained; cute as my wife said. Seemed remote but only 5 minutes to the commercial area. Highly recommend.

Super clean, well appointed, cozy cottage

This is my second stay here and will stay again if I am in the area. From communication, to the accuracy of the listing and the cleanliness of this property I couldn’t recommend it more. It’s a bit out of the way, but that makes it more quiet and private. Very nice property!

Awesome home-

This home offers really thoughtful touches throughout the home like fully stock coffee bar, spice rack and mints, cleaners, trash bags etc. 3 beds all with tv's & 3 1/2 bathrooms all beautifully decorated. Home is absolutely spotless. Must have an awesome cleaning crew. We would highly recommend it.

Wedding weekend

The property was just as advertised. It is a beautiful home! We were there for a wedding, and it was just what we needed. The only thing that I would recommend is that the bedrooms need more lighting. Other than that, it was perfect!

Beautiful Home

This house is very comfortable, well supplied, and beautifully built. The house was very clean when we arrived, and lights were on to welcome us. The shower in the master bedroom is amazing. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer available during our stay. We enjoyed our stay at this house very much and would consider staying here again in the future.

Perfect place to stay… all the comforts of your own home. So, convenient to Winston-Salem. Accommodations for a late check out were available and much appreciated. Perfect for fur babies.

Perfect and thank you

We truly enjoyed our stay at the New Country Cottage. It was warm and welcoming with tastefully updated rooms and furnishings. And very clean! If you are a fan of reading, there are also plenty of book selections to enjoy--I wish I had more time to browse, but it is the perfect excuse to return.The indoor fireplace added a cozy touch as did the outdoor fire pit. We were also very close to High Point University, the very reason for our visit to North Carolina. Thank you!
