Great Cabin

Beautifully done and thoughtfully appointed. Lots of nice extra touches. Great location, close to Pigeon Forge. I cannot imagine navigating the driveway in the snow though. Would stay there again.

New Years getaway

The Cabin was beautiful and decorated for Christmas still, which we loved!! The only bad thing to say is there was not enough towels for showering/hottub and the size of the towels were extremely small for adults. The rest of our stay was amazing and the owners were great with helping us with food recommendations!!

Excellent Location

Good location, bathrooms need updated the snacks basket and coffee bar were a nice touch. All beds are rather hard, good for anyone needing a firm mattress. Hot tub water wasn’t clear it was cloudy and murky we didn’t use.

All our mattresses are brand new Zinus memory foam mattresses but we understand if it wasn’t the best fit for you. We will be sure to list the type in our listing for future guests. We encourage our guests to express any concerns during their stay so we can make it right for you. We wish you would have mentioned the hot tub during your stay so we could have sent our cleaners right away. Our cleaners always drain, clean, and fill the hot tub after every guest. Upon entering the cabin, we had a small issue with entering with code. The back porch was very smelly and there where mops, brooms buckets, spider webs covering the porch. The house furniture was dirty. I didnt feel comfortable sitting on the couch. The hot tub was not on or usable. The house had black bugs flying around all over the place. There were spider webs in the bathrooms. Hair in bathrooms and showers. The room balcony doors were broken. The power went out while we were trying to cook, never came back on. I did reach out to the host about the issues. They mentioned they would speak to the cleaning crew and get someone to check the electric. . We also did make a last minute reservation. I feel like that may have played a small part in the cleaning situation. But over all we had a good time, the location was great and the home is set up like the pictures. May not be as spacious as you would guess but it does give what is shown.

Hi Emily, we are glad you enjoyed the location and had a good time at our cabin. Its unfortunate you experienced the issues you did. We do our best to keep up with the cleanliness of the cabin inside and out. As we are located in a very wooded area spider webs and other insects on the exterior of the cabin are a full time job and we state in the listing that it is something to be expected when renting a cabin in the woods. Unfortunately during your stay there was a storm and the power went out for 1 hour and came back without issue. This is out of our control. I asked if I could send someone to check on things for you and you failed to respond at all during your stay. We made an effort to help but we were not given the chance to have someone show up. Again we appreciate you booking with us and your feedback, we will be sure to address the items you mentioned, thank you!

Family time

This cabin is so well done. Rustic yet mid century modern. Very clean. Private yard and plenty of space. Every detail was done. Fans in all the rooms. Kitchen has nice pots and pans. Everything you'll need to cook. We really enjoyed the large dining table. Roku tvs in every room.
