The two most absolutely important things for me when I rent were exceeded. The house and amenities matched the description, I did not hear from the owner one single time after check in!

Very nice and comfortable house. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked! The frig even had an ice maker! The towels were great too! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this house in the Treasure Island area, and we love it. It is very clean and works perfectly for our family and pup. we are able to bring our boat and have a covered boat slip with ample shade for lounging. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay!! Upstairs patio was so relaxing in the morning and the evening. House had everything we needed and the owners were super kind and helpful! We had two kids and two seniors with us and it was great for all ages! Just make sure you bring bug spray, mosquitoes didn’t bother us up top but they did down below while we fished because of all the water.

Great host/ess, house was perfect and had everything we needed. We had 2 booking trips with Captain Ts and limited out both trips. We’ve used him for years, is affordable and the best. Pier 30 has good crawfish.

Lovely Home, Great Host Communication

Definitely a great place to stay and nice fishing area onsite. The host was an excellent communicator and would love to stay again anytime.

Great trip

Traci’s place is just as advertised. Clean and quiet. We had a relaxing time and we would definitely recommend her home to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

4th of July fun

Stay was awesome. Deck was fantastic sitting and drinking coffee in the mornings. Fishing was good off the dock. The family had a blast and beach was only 5 min drive.

Spring Break with Family

Great location and great house! The owner was very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed the kayaks we rented from K6 rentals. Property was extremely clean and well-supplied. Had a great time!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay so much. It was a quiet relaxing, fishing and catching getaway. The host was very responsive and kind. Great house, linens were great, beds were great. Everything we needed was there!

Thanksgiving Beach House

Only near Houston can you gather friends and family by the beach for a mini getaway. Most pleasant host and house we have had the pleasure of staying at, would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Wonderful Home

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family, clean, welcoming, comfortable! The extra amenities was so nice! Only recommendation is to bring some chairs for fishing off the dock downstairs!

Awesome Place!

Perfectly located! This property met all of our expectations. The grandkids had an awesome time fishing in the canal. The adults had an awesome time lounging on the extremely large upper deck. Wonderful memories were made here. Will definitely be back!

What a relaxing location!

We had the best trip! We spent hours fishing off the descent on the back of the house. The home is beautiful and the hosts were the best VRBO hosts we have ever encountered. Everything was A+. Thank you for a great trip to the Texas sauna!

A Must Stay!

Traci is phenomenal to work with! The house location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. We spent every day at the beach and then came back to fish on the dock and hang out on the upper deck. The house is clean and well kept. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Love this house!

This house is perfect for a stay in the beautiful San Luis pass area! It is fully stocked with everything needed. The owners are also VERY responsive, super helpful, and amazingly friendly to communicate with. We WILL be back very soon!

Love this place!

Great location. Clean. Everything worked. Perfect location. The deck was definitely the biggest draw. We stayed out there all day! Property manager was friendly and responded quickly. Will likely stay here again.
