THE SPACE
This is a single family home (NOT a condo or a back / guest house to another property or duplex with shared outdoor areas). You'll have complete privacy and fenced in back patio with views of Glendale hills on the horizon. You will enjoy open layout, immaculate condition home that is stylish and comfortable. It has clean European design paired with mid century modern style furniture.

Fast and reliable WI-FI

Convenient location close to Los Angeles and also downtown Montrose. The property is located short walk from a large park, tennis courts and local grocery store (Old Fashion Deli & Market). Few minutes drive to Amaricana and busy downtown Glendale area. Very convenient and safe location.

There is a one car driveway parking available and entire lane available for parking along the street curb (no permit needed and always available)

TV will require your own Netflix password to watch.

Guest is responsible to take the trash buckets to the street curb on Thursday evening and bringing them back Friday afternoon. As well as watering the potted plants inside and on the back of the house.

There is several potted plants inside and outside of the house. Some may be harmful to kids and animals if ingested. Host does not take any responsibility if a child or pet ingests any plants on the property. Guests are strongly encouraged to evaluate if a house with live plants is a suitable accommodation for their stay.

Wonderful extended stay!

Stayed here while we waited for work to be done on our house and owner and house was perfect. We had a lot of timelines change and she was incredibly flexible and communicative. House is quiet, peaceful and well resourced with everything you could need! Couldn’t have been better!

Great stay!

We chose this home and location because it was near Universal Studios, was pet friendly, and had an enclosed backyard. It was a great home and was a great size for our family including our furbabies. It is also located in a nice location in Glendale. Even though it does not have an on site washer and dryer, there is a laundry service nearby. Eva was also very responsive to questions and was a great host. Thank you!

Perfect Cozy House

Our stay was simple, efficient, and super cozy. The host was super responsive and wonderful. The house is in a great neighborhood in Glendale that is quiet and convenient to many other parts of LA. Will definitely be staying here again

Cosy and Clean

Ewa was a lovely host. She handled any questions promptly. The beds and couch were comfy. We stayed for a week, so we were asked to water plants (inside and out) and put out the trash. Per the listing, the house does not have a clothes washing machine/dryer. We did find a 24-hour laundromat to use. The Glendale area is close to many attractions. Deliveries for food and groceries were easy. The front porch can be sunny in the morning - so don’t let food/groceries stay out (a mistake I made). The house is on a fairly busy road, but we had no issues backing our car out or parking. Thank you, Ewa, for a lovely stay.
