This 3-bedroom executive cottage lies in Richmond Hill, a quiet suburb of Savannah, just 10 minutes off I-95. The home is set up for business travelers, with a dedicated office space–which includes a desk, swivel chair and extra monitor–in one of the bedrooms.

It is a 30-minute drive from historic downtown Savannah, Fort Stewart, and Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport. Within Richmond Hill itself, there are options for dining and shopping, and many parks that are perfect for recreation.

The home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a bathroom. A second bedroom has a queen. The smallest of the bedrooms, with a twin bed, doubles as an office-away-from-work. High-speed Internet is part of the package you’ll get.

The living room has new furniture, including reclining couches. We hope you’ll kick off your shoes and feel at home here, whether it is for a short visit or an extended stay.

The back has a small, fenced-in yard for pets.

Driveway can fit up to 3 cars.
