Hi Nicole, thank you for taking the time leaving your review. I personally and my guests from the past never had issues from upstairs noises. It’s a very peaceful and quiet place. My upstairs neighbors ( a retired couple) use the unit only for their short vacation stays. For your hygiene, I’m asking guests to bring your own linens and towels. Thanks for the call out about kitchen condiments. I’ll re-stock more items. It’s the start of the summer season and things can be missed here and there. But kitchen condiments will be there for the guests’ cooking needs. Thanks again!

I genuinely wanted to make sure you and your group had a pleasant stay, and I’m sorry that some aspects of your visit did not meet your expectations. I provided the Welcome Guide well before your arrival, including directions to the property and the pool access information, and remained available throughout your stay to answer questions and assist when needed. The day after the major storm, you contacted me about the TV connection and immediately requested a refund. I investigated the issue and found that it was caused by a temporary Xfinity area outage, rather than an issue with the property itself. At the time, more than 17,000 households were experiencing power outages. Once the service was restored within a couple of hours, the TV connection returned to normal. You also raised concerns about noise from the unit above. Because this is an apartment/condominium community, occasional sounds from neighboring residents are possible. I shared my experience honestly: I have personally not experienced a noise issue as it has been very quiet place. Noise was not a concern reported by my guests. That said, I understand that guests can have different sensitivities and expectations regarding noise. I am concerned when a refund was requested with the statement that a bad review would otherwise be left before the day of your departure. I believe reviews are most helpful to both hosts and future guests when they reflect an honest and independent account of the overall stay.
