This place is ideal for a great stay in Eureka Springs! We parked the car and walked everywhere the entire stay - restaurants, shopping, entertainment. The house is lovely and the hosts are very responsive if you need anything.

Beautiful home with gourmet kitchen and updated bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony/porch. Had coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Walking distance to the main downtown area and nice neighborhood to explore, If you head on Spring it is nice and flat, big hills East and west. We were able to park on street across from house, however the lot spaces are only 2 or 3 minutes away around the corner about a block away. Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and convenient location.

We rented this home for our family while we were in town for our daughter’s wedding, and it could not have been more perfect. The property is absolutely gorgeous—we even used it for pre-wedding photos with the bride and her bridesmaids, and the setting made those moments extra special. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with, which made the entire experience stress-free. We would highly recommend this home for any special occasion or family gathering.

This beautifully restored house was perfect for our couples getaway! It was very clean, well-stocked, and worked really well for both our wild night out and our cozy night in. The balcony was our favorite gathering spot! It was beautifully peaceful for morning coffee and perfectly located for evening drinks and conversation while watching the happenings on the street. It was such a good location! Off the beaten path enough to be a quiet retreat after a busy day, but close enough to easily walk to the shops, bars, and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

A beautiful old home with all the things…a chefs kitchen, 2 living areas both with a fireplace, near downtown, 2 parking places plus free parking across the street. Comfortable furniture and heavenly bed linens. The host was gracious and easy to talk with.

The fancy stove took a bit to understand, but we had a great stay in Eureka Springs. The house was outfitted with everything we needed and we loved the location. Our only wish is that the weather had been warmer and no one controls that ;). The host was very responsive to our questions.

This was the perfect house for our family gathering with my mom and sisters!! The house was very charming, inviting, and clean. The main floor was our favorite. We enjoyed the ambience of the fireplace; sitting around the room enjoying it's warmth while visiting. We opted to not go for meals and eat in with the amazing kitchen (user manual was necessary). The host was very accessible, helpful, and made check-in/check-out very easy. Overall, a wonderful experience.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend and LOVED the property, the location, community and the deck was amazing - I could live on that deck. Thank you for a great experience!

Although we didn't cook during our stay, the kitchen was very nicely equipped. There are separate temperature controls for upstairs and downstairs. The host was very responsive.

Great Rental Next To The Main Events

The vacation rental was a dream. The rental was spacious and very accommodating. It was located right next to the main downtown districts and in-between two trolley stops.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and myself enjoyed a nice, relaxing getaway at The Perch. It is a beautiful home and the hosts have made it a very relaxing atmosphere. It was VERY clean and in the PERFECT location to all of the shops. I would highly recommend a visit and hope to come back and stay again.

The house is beautiful and fully equipped with all that you would ever need! We spent a lot of time out on the gorgeous porch watching the cars and people. I would highly recommend this house. The host was quick to respond and a real joy to "chat" with. I will book this house again! It is a hidden gem in Eureka Springs. We walked everywhere that we went.

Great location

We took a girls weekend trip and had a great time. The house was in a perfect spot! It had plenty of room and was in great working order. You might want to bring an extra pillow from home and a kleenex (we coulnd’t find any in the house) but other than that-it was great!

We get away to Eureka Springs at least once or twice a year and have stayed in many lovely rental properties. This one was by far the best we have stayed in yet. It is nicely renovated and updated in the areas that matter (like the kitchen and baths), but they have kept many of the original features (like woodwork and stained glass) that make this home feel like a piece of Eureka history. It is a large home, it is very clean and well cared for, and it has everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. The location is also amazing. It is right across from the Palace Hotel and Bath House and just a tiny bit up the street from where the shops start on Spring Street. We had an amazing experience across the street (highly recommend the steam, mineral bath, and massage services) and we also learned about how the house's history is tied to the Palace Hotel and Bath House - such a unique experience.

Beautiful Restored Home In Town

Lovely restored classic home with shaded porches, an incredible vintage bathroom tub and well-appointed kitchen with high-end appliances. We had a fantastic time using The Perch as a home base for the 2024 solar eclipse, and to see the lovely town of Eureka Springs for the first time. No problems with our stay. Highly recommended.
