Pet friendly, exactly as described ocean front. We got lucky and got to check in early which was awesome. We felt right at home and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We stayed 6 nights so I suggest if you’re staying a week like we did to bring extra trash bags. They do provide some but we eat breakfast and lunch in and then eat out for dinner so we had extra trash. Instructions were super easy. The only downside was that the breezeway was closed for construction. Not the owners fault so just a minor inconvenience but we loved our stay otherwise! We will definitely be back!!!!

The condo location is amazing. The view from the balcony is spectacular. It was nice waking up every morning to the sound of the waves. We had some miscommunication, or maybe a lack thereof, regarding the refrigerator. This was probably the most frustrating thing we dealt with at check in. When we got in we unloaded all of our food in the frig. About 2 hours later I opened the frig to get a drink and realized the frig was not cold. I contacted the owner but didn’t hear back till a little later. Hours later when I checked my phone there was a message from her saying sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for it to get cold. By this time my fresh dog food had been spoiled. Fortunately I had my cooler with ice and got the other items out. By 10 am the next day it was cold. Maintenance did come and check and said there is usually a notice on the frig. This would have been helpful to know, especially when you come in with groceries. There was also pieces of glass on the balcony. This being said, the owner was pleasant and our stay was very nice. Would definitely recommend.

The unit itself was very old and outdated. The sheets and mattress covers were filthy. They look like they been on the beds for years. The furniture was all beat up. The host has never answered me since I texted her on the day we left 07/15. The pictures posted on VRBO were blue green and nice and shiny. Everything in the unit was wood and very old. The main door was all beat up with the frame was hanging off the bottom. The bed pillows had mold on them. Every TV controller did not have batteries in it. My son had to go out and buy batteries so the children could watch TV.The beach view was very nice probably the best part of the stay. Only one elevator worked to go to the 17th Fl.I did contact the host via text on our departure day no response. They want your money but no customer service.

Summer vacation

Absolutely elated to find a condo that allows pets. Loved the environment at the pool with the music and the tiki hut. We also thoroughly enjoyed having a store tied directly to the condo, with a substations nearby. It made for easy access to necessities!

The beach view was amazing. Water was great except for the algae. The tv remote didn’t have batteries, and there was not oven mits or a bottle opener. Other than that, the condo was nice and a perfect location. The hot tub at the resort was cold so we were disappointed in that. Thank you

Thank you for your review and allowing us to host your stay. The housekeeping team provides pot holders (navy in color) that are located next to the paper towels and kitchen linen on the counter near the sink. Unfortunately we do not manage the resort so we have no control over the hot tub temps or the algae in the Gulf.
