We appreciate Whitney for choosing to stay at our beachside home and for taking the time to share their feedback. We're glad to hear they enjoyed the amazing location, just steps away from the beach and close to town. Regarding the amenities, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the outdoor BBQ grill not working during their stay. We had confirmed its functionality prior to their arrival and we have confirmed it is working after their departure. We are also monitoring the master bed mattress closely, although we have not received any other complaints about it. Regarding the early check-in issue mentioned, we would like to clarify the circumstances. Whitney did indeed pay for an early check-in, but unfortunately, they arrived later than anticipated and encountered difficulty with the house code. We promptly assisted by resetting the code and refunded them for the hour of delay as soon as they contacted us about the issue. It's important to note that our property does not have cameras. We regret that Whitney felt disappointed by their initial check-in experience and any perception that we did not prioritize their comfort. Our goal is always to provide exceptional customer service, and we genuinely apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience they experienced.
