Misty was awesome - responsive and extremely accommodating. The property was very clean and was stocked with clean blankets, towels, dishes, and other essentials. Three TVs was a bonus - one in the living room and one in each bedroom. I recommend this place, especially if you want a place that is close to the RRB trail system! Very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful place!

The location was great for riding and so cute! Very clean and the host is SO nice. We would definitely stay here again if looking for a place in this area. Highly recommended.

Beauty of Tennessee

From the very beginning it was a fabulous experience. Misty is very nice, and gave us suggestions on everything we asked about. She was very thorough prior to arriving and making sure everything was situated for us on arrival. The home was cute and very clean! You can tell she takes great pride in what she does.evehighly

We stayed here to ride SXS's. This home is centrally located between Royal Blue and Tackett, it was an easy ride in either direction to get to the trails. The girls appreciated the cleanliness of the home. Everyone appreciated the number of towels and washcloths available. It was extremely muddy while we were there, so we ended up tracking in more than we would have liked, we apologize for that. The only downside, and it wasn't any fault of the owner, we have Verizon phones and the Verizon service at the home is non-existent. We usually had to wait until we were out on the trails to check email or websites.Thank you for a wonderful time, we will definitely add this home to our "would return" list.Thanks again.

Misty is by far the MOST wonderful and accommodating host I have experienced when working with VRBO. She answers questions and makes herself available, even when it’s at odd hours! She was kind, outgoing, and so helpful. We are so appreciative. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The front porch is perfect for enjoying the Tennessee breeze and relaxing. The house layout isn’t as ideal as we would have liked, as one of the bedrooms is connected to the living room with no door- but I suppose that can’t really be helped. She’s creating a second bathroom space, so that will make the house even more appealing. It is only about 25 minutes from Norris Lake and is tucked away in a quiet little lot on a beautiful winding street. We had such a wonderful time at Flossie’s Place and our host made our stay that much better. Thanks, Misty!

Great Hostess and Stay!

Misty was great and maintained superb comminications despite several trip modifications due to a family member's hospitalization and an unexpected hurricane evacuation that resulted in our trip being cut shorter than planned. She was very kind and most understanding and made additional accomodatikns to ensure our comfort due to an unexpected drop in the temperature so brought in a very warm space heater. Cute house with great custom/designer touches and extremely clean. Sorry we had to leave early due to our being in a mandatory evacuation area so missed the new firepit they had jusr installed. Near ATV recreational areas for those looking for a ride in the wild. Quiet at night and a very comfortable bed in the Dolly Parton room where we knew just "What would Dolly do?" ;-) A great trip to Rocky Top to watch the Vols finally beat the Gators that makes living in Florida even better, as long as we keep getting missed by the hurricanes!

Great little cozy getaway

We (6 of us) had a great weekend getaway in the woods. This house was a perfect location with access in both location to ride the trails. Misty was a great host!
