Secluded cabin right outside Hochatown

The location is pretty secluded, and the drive to it is steep - but the cabin is very close to Hochatown! My family really enjoyed the cabin, the firepit and s'mores, and we loved the layout. We had a slight snag with the doorcode but got immediate assistance from the owners.

Great cabin with wonderful outdoor space! Toddler tested and approved!

We really enjoyed our stay at Autumn Pointe! From arranging with excellent and transparent communication from Michelle. She took a nervous first time mama traveling 6 hrs for a family vacation and eased my heart making it easy providing a high chair and pack’n’play. Successful trip for 2 families with little ones and an expecting couple to enjoy an adventure out in the woods. Location was great and convenient to the lake, hiking trails, breweries, restaurants and grocery stores. Cabin was beautiful, clean, comfy king size beds with good pillows too! The little details and amenities the property owners put into the cabin were wonderful, great touches of starter kits of small dish soap, travel shampoo, etc. Really more than expected after staying in many rentals - top notch! The only comment I would note is the loft bunks were a little left to assume the location as we thought it was within the upstairs bedroom but is actually outside the room open to the living area below. Not a dealbreaker as we spent most time outside. The only area improvement I would recommend would be to ensure the cleaning crew wiped the cobwebs outside, some looked like they’d been there awhile. Couple sweeps of a broom fixed and was great otherwise. Memories made with great friends in a welcoming cabin and would definitely be back!

Good weekend stay

Property owner communicated fairly quick. She was able to rs my trip to a diff weekend due to family emergency that came up, very understanding! One thing we did notice is could be cleaner from the outside, we seen a lot of spiderwebs, and also kitchen wasn’t as clean as expected but overall everything else in the rooms/bathrooms was great!
