Fantastic downtown location. We love historic buildings. Very clean. Host communicated well and frequently. Parking was easy and well explained. Great restaurants and shops just around the corner. You can walk everywhere. We love TC and we love this place.

Stayed for a long weekend of shopping, coffees, good food, and breweries. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The place had everything we needed. Check in/out and all communication was great. We will definitely be booking the golden lofts for our next visit.

My wife and I stayed at this unit for a quick getaway and loved everything about it. The communication with the host, Katy, was great with no delays or issues. The unit is fully stocked, is newer, and has everything you need for your stay. We would absolutely stay at this unit again and would stay at other Golden Swan Management units.

This property is immaculate. It felt as if I had been the first booking. The appliances, kitchen, bath - all in pristine condition. The location was great for seeing the downtown area and it’s a big plus to have parking right outside the door.

We love the location. We were right off front street which put us in the heart of all the activities downtown. We were able to travel out go to Fishtown and see other beautiful areas around Traverse City.The people we met at restaurants at the cigar bar was so friendly and welcomingThe local shops offered everything from high-end clothing to shoes to local artistsThe loft was set up with everything I could’ve possibly needed. You guys thought of everything.We would definitely recommend this location and we’ll stay again in the future

Amazing Condo on Front street. Perfect for a couple. Multiple restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops within walking distance.Perfect location.Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice get away.Condo was very clean and spacious.

Great location

The apartment was great, you are close to everything! The bed was very comfortable. However, the stairs can be brutal, especially if you have heavy luggage, little children or any mobility issues.

Great getaway

We traveled up to Traverse City for a quick few days. The apartment was a lovely hub for us to travel around the area and experience what it has to offer. The apartment was clean, central, and easy to navigate.

TC Get Away

Really enjoyed the location and amenities this unit offers and would definitely stay again. Very clean, bright, large bathroom, well appointed kitchen including basic herbs/spices if you wanted to cook, up to date appliances and enjoyed the welcome wine left for us.

What a get away

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. This condo was perfect. It sits in the center of it all . My wife and I walked everywhere we wanted to go. Nice little walk down to the Marina and several restaurants in the area. We definitely will be coming back.

Perfect Location

This place was the perfect location in downtown Traverse City. My husband and I were able to park the car, and walk to several restaurants and shops. The condo was as pictured! It was clean, and offered enough space for the two of us. It was a nice place to retreat to after busy day exploring the city. The check-in process was easy, and the host was great!

Gorgeous Get Away

The location was absolutely perfect, the selection of TC hotels around the downtown area is slim, and I couldn't be happier that we decided to try VRBO as an alternate!! The location of the condo was perfect, easy walking to everything downtown, including the parking ramp that was included in the rental (great bonus to not have to pay for parking!!). The space is gorgeous, well appointed, very comfortable, and Katie with the Golden Swan made everything very easy. Would love to stay here again!!

Great location!

Great location! Spacious, modern unit. View (alley) is not wonderful, but not too important. Needs a new mattress. Make sure to get BOTH the codes for exterior & interior doors before you arrive.
