The place was clean, loved the welcome binder. My husband and I both stubbed our toes on the bed "stand" several times. Also, the bed is not very comfortable, and you can hear everything the neighbors are doing and saying......

This room was exactly as described. Small, but perfect for two people! Close to the shops and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Communication was great! The price was great! We would definitely stay again!

Very small but clean room, in a great location for walking in downtown Traverse City. There was some noise from other units in the building but nothing terrible. Overall a nice spot to sleep for a low price, when you’re wanting to be out in the town all day.

Location so close to shops and restaurants. Walls were a little thin, but we used a sound machine at night to cover up some neighbor noise/doors closing in hallway. Overall, neighbors weren't overtly loud, or unreasonable, or anything, the walls were just a little thin. We will continue to stay at this property every time we make the trip to Traverse!

Cozy room near the bay

Very nice and cozy room just a stone's throw from the bay. It is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from outside. Location is walking distance to downtown eateries and bars as well as the marina and bay. Owner was very responsive to inquiries. I would definitely stay again when I am in TC on business.

As advertised

This is a small place. It was very clean and in a good location. The parking was supposed to be reserved but we saw the same cars every evening in the reserved spots, including the one for us.

3 stars. A mixed experience with meaningful positives, but also significant drawbacks that affected the primary purpose of the stay.• Location: Excellent.• Cleanliness: Fair. The unit itself was acceptable, but the common hallways were noticeably dirty.• Condition: New and modern, though there were some maintenance issues.• Parking: Reserved parking was a major plus.• Amenities: The unit includes a beverage cooler instead of a refrigerator/freezer, which may not meet some guests’ expectations.• Noise: This was the biggest drawback. The walls are extremely thin, and noise from neighboring units—including late-night activity and loud music beginning around 7:30 a.m.—made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The price and location are great, but thats about it. The pictures make the studio appear larger than it is. We were given three towels for five days. We were also asked to take out the trash amongst other things while checking out. If you aren't going to spend time in the unit, this place is fine.
