Great Penthouse

Spent 4 days at the Penthouse with some friends, everyone loved it. The hosts are wonderful and communicate well. Would stay here again!

Family time

They had everything a person would need for a beach vacation .I have never stayed at a place so well stocked.

Beautiful!

This property is by and far the most luxurious that we've ever stayed in Rocky Point. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hot tub overlooking the sea of Cortez was a definite plus. We all had a truly wonderful time.

Wonderful and Magical Place

This is an amazing property with everything you need for a worry free vacation. The special touches by the owners added another layer of thoughtfulness. The owners are delightful to work with and suggesting different recommendations for excursions. We hope to be back to enjoy this magical penthouse. Kathy

Wonderful

Everything was great, the place is beautiful, everything worked, loved the extra touches of having shampoo and conditioner kits in all bathrooms, lots of extra pillows and blankets, loved the pool towels, beach chairs, etc very well equipped. Ginger was very kind and helpful and always willing to answer any question, wonderful stay would do it again!!

Weekend Getaway

The best weekend getaway we’ve had in a long time. Best vacation we’ve had in a long time. So much space for 9 of us. A beautiful gift basket for the family was waiting for us in the kitchen. The views were AMAZING! Everything was clean. The location was awesome. And Ginger and Aaron were both available to communicate anytime we needed! We’ll definitely do this every year.

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

We travel pretty frequent and stay in Short Term Rentals and I have never had such a great experience. The place was amazing! The Views, The Comfort, The Space, The Cleanliness, The References, The Welcome Basket, The Details..... Everything was extremely easy to use but the best part was the communication and accommodations of the owner. They were as responsive and accommodating as can be and we will definitely stay there again. I don't think there is a better more comfortable place in Rocky Pointe. Thank you Ginger for the great experience!

Amazing penthouse resort experience

The view from this penthouse and common rooms/master are incredible. Simply the best in Rocky Point. The deck/patio is enormous with even more room on the roof with SPECTACULAR Views. We were traveling with three generations of people and the layout of the common area/Kitchen and bedrooms was perfect. The resort is spectacular with the best of pool/beach life. We arrived and the place was immaculate and completely stocked from the kitchen to the beach chairs and toys. Owners were amazingly responsive and helpful. We will go again!

This is absolutely the most beautiful penthouse I have ever stayed in Puerto Penasco in the last 30 years, including the beach front houses at the same resort, the expensive houses in Las Conchas, etc...We walked into the penthouse and first thing we saw was the Christmas tree, Ginger told me that they don't normally do it, but the installed one just for us! That was so sweet, and it looked so beautiful, next a welcome basket with a handwritten note, that was also very nice!She was available all the time to make sure we were taken care of, super nice, friendly, everything is so well organized and arranged so you don't need anything!I normally carry a lot of stuff just to make sure I have everything I need, this time I didn't have to unpack anything!We had such an enjoyable, relaxing, carefree mini vacation, enjoyed the beautiful luxury penthouse and look forward to staying there again. This place is amazing, indescribable, this is a must see for yourself, you will be happy you did!
