Great place... very convenient for us.

Second stay here and will come again. Nice, clean, and comfortable. Really close to family we visit in the area. Great setup with 2 master bedrooms.. allows us a bath each!

Quick trip to Lagoon

Weekend stay, clean and great location. The host communicates well and promptly. The space was clean and well organized. Will absolutely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Work stay with colleague.

Cozy, neat, convenient 2 week atay. Beds were comfortable, large closests. Kitchen had all the amenities including a very nice blender and large croc pot.

Great location!

This property is clean comfortable and well Located. Covered parking was an added benefit because we did have some snowfall and frost. Pretty much everything we needed was right there. I Enjoyed the Well stocked kitchen. We would highly recommend. Property manager communicated when necessary

Noise Level

The apartment was clean and check in process was simple. Amenities listed were accurate. Our family had a difficult time sleeping as the upstairs tenants were very loud and it sounded like they were stomping anytime they were there. This also occurred late at night and early in the mornings. This location is close to Hill Airforce Base so you will hear morning reveille and evening retreat.

Convenient Location Very Responsive Owner

The apartment had all the basics we needed. There was an assortment of coffees and spices.The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. Having a ground floor place was convenient. We were missing a few items upon arrival and during our stay. The owner was able to take care of what we needed once we contacted him. I did have to reach out to the owner about our refundable damage deposit, but once I did, he again was very responsive. Overall the apartment was as described, and had we not had a few issues, it would have been a 5 star stay. The listing is accurate and the pictures are representative of the actual place.

Family Visit

We enjoyed our stay in Clearfield. Overall it was a good apartment with supplies needed. The linens needed updating. Some of the bath cloths were threadbare. A current rod on one end was unhooked from the wall. The televisions did not work when we got there but the manager was able to fix them from his end. It was very convenient to have a garage attached to the apartment. Both bathroom sinks were clogged. We purchased some Liquid Plumber and unclogged them. I would stay there again if ever returning to Utah.
