Really nice place; loved the nearby path to sea pines center, close to pool and to bike path to the beach. Well stocked house, with plenty of games/toys for adults and kids - esp helpful as we had two rainy days.

Have been renting houses in Hilton Head since 1992, This house by far has been the best. Totally clean, stocked and conveniently located. Good owners. Will rent again

This property worked out perfectly for 2 couples looking to be in a central location. The home was comfortable and had all the amenities we were looking for. The owner was very quick to answer questions and to help when issues arose.

The property was as listed. Owner responded quickly to questions. Easy bike ride to Harbour Town and South Beach. The path behind the house made easy access to the bike path. There were 4 adults in our group and plenty of open space for us or more! Would recommend!

We had a great time at this location. I would suggest the host provides more garbage bags and a 2nd set of dish towels. The host is very attentive and guest will not be disappointed.

Great place for family with pup to stay in sea pines. Well outfitted with everything we needed, quiet street, and the kids loved the bunk beds. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating.

This house was in an excellent location, and our family had a great time. We jumped on the bike trails daily to the beach, historic sites, and commercial areas. When there was an HVAC issue, Tom took care of things immediately.

This is a very clean & comfortable house on a quiet cul-de-sac. The kitchen is well-equipped and all appliances & tvs worked as they should. We enjoyed our week there and would definitely go back.

Beautiful, clean, and modern home that was perfect for our family of five. The three bedrooms fit our needs exactly, and the quiet cul-de-sac location was peaceful and lovely. The management company was very attentive with excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Just spent 2 weeks at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was good for us as we enjoyed bike riding each day. Booking and check-in was smooth as was communication with Tom before and after. Cleanliness was 4 not 5 stars because we would have done more to clean if we had supplies. We suggested the rugs be removed because the solid surface floors are very attractive and upkeep easy for pet owners. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return ourselves. We cooked in several nights and found the kitchen well-equipped and enjoyed grilling.

This house was very large and comfortable for our needs. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single family home. One of the bedrooms is a primary with its own bath. There’s a screen porch on the back of the house and the backyard is very private. We rented bikes and it’s a very convenient spot to get to both the beach club and Harbourtown. The neighborhood has its own pool and tennis courts which is very nice. We also enjoyed the very comfortable sectional sofa in the living room. Thanks so much! We hope to visit again!

Overall we had a good 5 night stay. The master bedroom was a great layout and loved the large sofa. The location is perfect as there is entrance from the backyard to the walking trails. We would just recommend having a little bit more of an organized kitchen. Thank you for allowing a place for us to bring our pups!
