Nice condo resort just steps to the beach!

Condo was nice and clean. Perfect for the four of us! Located in a nice resort with alot of amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Nice beach location

Was as advertised. Beach view and access is nice and furniture has been updated since photos. A few minor issues during our stay but maintenance was prompt.

The view was amazing, the resort staff went above and beyond. The room needs some upgrades. All the ceiling fans are very noisy but that might have been due to having to run them on high due to air conditioning issues. The host company is horrible at communicating. A text message and email at 12:10AM about check out process the day before checkout I felt was highly inappropriate. I also reached out to the host company after first night because the air conditioning was not working properly, I reached out a second time the following day because it was 80 degrees in the room and I never heard back from them.

Just hours before our check-in time, I received a call that the AC unit had just gone out in the condo we had booked. So, Hannah placed us in a Villa for the night and next day to allow time for the AC unit to be repaired. However, the repair required a replacement part that was not going to be available until our last day. So, a temporary AC unit was placed in our booked condo. Unfortunately, the temp unit restricted access to our balcony, and was unable to keep the condo cool. So, Hannah refunded our booking fees for the first 3 nights and provided us with complementary beach chairs and umbrellas for our entire family for our entire 6 day stay. Additionally, for the last 3 days of our stay, we were upgraded to a larger, nicer condo and given an extra night, free of charge. We can not thank Hannah and her crew enough for accommodating us so well and ensuring that our vacation was enjoyable, despite the unexpected issues.

Had a wonderful time. Everything was great. Condo was missing one of the remotes for 2nd bedroom bedroom but otherwise everything great.

PCB Birthday

The view was Amazing! We could not find additional bed linens for the sofa bed. There was an issue with the water heater upon our arrival, however, it was resolved expeditiously. Overall we were pleased with our lodging. Would definitely return.

Communication with host was excellent. Replacement for broken coffee pot and missing batteries for the tv remote were delivered quickly.Had to wash each dish as they still had food particles in them--dishwasher not so good maybe?Very dirty underneath sink. Cleaned stovetop and refrigerator before use. Icemaker was not working but we just froze ice cubes in the available trays. A couple of the glasses were not in excellent shape. Threw one obviously broken one in the garbage. One more showed signs of breaking soon, small crack.Door on washer/dryer setup did not shut all the way but not a problem. Could have used a couple more blankets for the beds/couch.Elevators were not working every day. One in particular kept breaking down. Walked the stairs of 9 floors up once but couldn't do again with a bad hip.Overall, stay was good. Weather cooperated.
