If you are looking for a getaway for the whole family, or just your gal/pals this is it. Comfortable gorgeous home right on the lake. Perfect sunset view or coffee view on the dock. We have added some wonderful amenities to the house this spring: Beautiful new built in stone firepit, boat lift, jet ski lift, fish cleaning station, and dock swing. Enjoy your week away with your whole family in a beautifully appointed old fashioned water front lake house with panoramic lake views of gorgeous Lake Livingston. Boat ramp is less than half a mile away. Close to all, but far enough away to enjoy quiet time with the family or a fishing trip with your buddies. You will want to come back for this tranquil wood filled bulkheaded property.

Peaceful home with room for all, 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms with additional sleeping loft upstairs.

Lake Livingston lake house

Great Lake house. As advertised. Clean all utensils and towels. The only difference was the water levels of the lake and we had to find a boat launch for the Waverunner that had water. We were able to climb down the ladder to the lake bottom and wade out to swim and keep the Waverunner anchored off the boat dock about 200 feet.

Birthday weekend

The home was nice inside. Back porch and boat dock/bait house need work. Beds were great. We had a great time overall.

Family reunion

Had a great time. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was enough beds for all 9 of us and room for a baby bed. There was beautiful scenery of the lake. Good place for our young people who loved swimming right off the boat dock. Would go back again.

We love to create warm spaces for you to just go and relax to enjoy the most precious time with your family and loved ones.

Livingston Sunsets has an amazing waterfront view with vintage wood paneling on the walls, and updated kitchen amenities. It is comfortable right when you walk through the front door, and then there's that amazing lake view in the panoramic lake side windows. Everything you need to relax and enjoy time away from the grind with your buddies, your girls, or your family. Fish from your private dock, swing off into the lake on a hot day. It's just a wonderful place to enjoy the time away from it all.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

A private dock, stone fireplace, this house is right on Lake Livingston and has easy access to major roads, but far enough to just hear the water lapping against the bulkhead. Bring your boat and jetski as this home has two lifts on the covered pier. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and if restaurants are what you are looking for, we have some hidden gems nearby. Everything you need to just relax and enjoy. Come enjoy Lake Livignston and all that it has to offer with our boat lift, and new fish cleaning station. Sit by the fire next to the lake with the new in ground fire pit.
