Great Property with Exceptional Outdoor Space

Everything about this space makes it apparent how much the owners care about this property. The outdoor space is nothing short of spectacular, and the landscaping is immaculate. The beach in particular is a real gem. We stayed for an annual guys trip, and the beach was big enough for lots of yard games. The interior was also extremely well equipped. We truly can’t think of a single flaw or shortcoming with this property.

Summer vacation

We had an amazing week at this beautiful property. The owners were responsive, informative, and caring making sure everything we needed was available. We all enjoyed the beach (perfect for “kids” of all ages) & the swim raft with most of us using the paddle boards, pedal boat, kayaks, and fishing poles (the bait was even provided). The jewel of the property was the screened 4 season porch on the main level, great for early morning relaxing and game playing at night (many games were provided). The sunsets were spectacular! We had high expectations and they were all exceeded!! Thank you for a perfect family getaway! We hope to return soon!!

Great place for family!

Celebrating 50th anniversary with large 3 generations group! Property in and out was spotless and beautiful. Not even a cobweb! Swim area with many toys,and outdoor games provided. Fun sunfishing off the dock and they even had bait! Four outdoor levels to enjoy with two fire pits and wood furnished along with a large smore kit. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of seating. Jon contacted us on arrival and the evening before checkout. Highly recommend for any type of getaway! Mike and Pam (Urbandale , Iowa)

Great house, helpful host

Host welcomed us in a friendly and informative manner. The house was very clean and comfortable with a great view and everything we needed for a great weekend.

Great family getaway close to he city but a cabin on the water!

Great hosts and property. We had adults and children of varied ages and everyone loved the setting. There truly was something for everyone! Beautiful quiet lake with lots of things to do (Paddle board, kayak, hammock, fire pit, hot tub, games and an amazing four seasons porch! We’ll be back!

Great weekend getaway

This cabin is located in a nice quiet area that was close to the city for my family and me to have a quick getaway before summer ended. Jon is an incredible host. He is extremely responsive and caring. Our favorite part of the cabin was the outdoor porch area on the main level. It has a comfy sofa and dining table with a great view of the lake. It also allowed for us to open the vinyl covering to allow a nice breeze without the bother of the bugs, but could also close it up at night for a little extra warmth. Great place to stay! Thanks Jon!
