The property is well located for the Discovery Trail and beach access. The decor is appealing and the kitchen is well stocked. Drawbacks include a large skylite that makes the upstairs very warm; we appreciated the ceiling fan that help dissipate some of the heat. The upstairs flooring squeaks loudly and when one of us walked across it we woke the other who was sleeping below several times during our stay.

The easy access to the Discovery Trail and beach sounds like it made exploring the area especially convenient, and we’re glad you enjoyed the décor and well-stocked kitchen. We appreciate the note about the upstairs temperature and flooring as well. The house is very well equipped for fun and comfort. It is pretty close to the beach and close enoigh to shops that you really don't need to travel more than 10 minutes for anything you want or need. Our whole family enjoyed the stay.

Great spot

Really nice place. Great kitchen, bright interior, garage and hose is a must. The beds are super comfortable and it’s located in an easy access area

This is our second time staying at this property and it was a wonderful choice again! The location is great - close to the beach and close to town. The neighborhood is quiet. The home is very well-equipped and clean. The propwrty manager sent us all the information we needed before we arrived and checked in during our stay to make sure things were going well. My family enjoyed the games and movie nights on the huge couch in the loft. I enjoyed cooking meals - the kitchen had everything i needed. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

Lattitude Adjustment

The place was very nice and spacious. The only downside was there were 5 of us and only 4 dining table chairs and there was no TV downstairs it was in the loft area upstairs that was spacious with a very comfy couch. The kitchen was very well appointed with lots of cooking utensils and dinnerware. The beds were all very comfy as well. I would recommend this place and I would stay there again.
