This house is amazing and beautifully decorated. This is a perfect place to stay for a family. It is located in a great location and drinking coffee on the deck looking out towards the river is very relaxing! We definitely will stay here again if we go back to Nashville. We had a wonderful stay! The house was close to the convention center while still feeling tucked away and private. The backyard was like our own little country oasis and had so many fun entertainment amenities. Everything was fully stocked, from the kitchen and bathrooms to laundry essentials, and there was plenty of space for our entire team to gather, relax, and spend time together between trainings. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and available for anything we needed. Checkout was hassle-free! It was the perfect place for our group!

The house is in an amazing location, close to the airport and right inside the city, but with country vibe and privacy. We were there for a USMC reunion, much quieter than our last few. Hopefully we didn’t disturb them too much as they do live on the same property. The communication was excellent and she let us check in early. Thanks for letting us stay to reconnect

Great property for families or large groups! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. The pics understate this spacious and nicely appointed home, which exceeded expectations. The outdoor areas were abundant and peaceful. A very short drive to Opryland area, but also walkable. Nearby restaurants were varied and good. Our host was very kind, and responsive. I look forward to staying here again!

What BEAUTIFUL place on the Cumberland River, this River House was Perfect for our Family. Our stay was very peacefully, cozy & the house was very clean, located a few minutes from downtown Nashville. We definitely added this house to our favorite Places to Stay and we will be back to continue to explore Tennessee. Thank you for having us.

Weekend getaway

The house is in a great location. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We spent most of our time at the house on the back deck looking over the river. A+

" Girls Trip"

Five of us stayed here for our annual "Girls Trip", Owners are on the property but not an issue. The only thing I would add is a hammock out back in that beautiful space.

The house was absolutely perfect for our annual family get-together! The outside deck was perfect for morning coffee. The "boys" loved going down to the dock and fishing. Plenty of room for 8 people, great common rooms but also enough bedrooms for some privacy. The location cannot be beat - right around the corner from the Opry, General Jackson, and only 15-20 minutes to downtown. Hosts were super responsive and great people! Highly recommended!

Hunt House was perfect!

The house is well appointed and perfect for our family. We had plenty of room. Morning coffee on the back porch listening to the river was so relaxing! We rented their boat and spent plenty of time tubing, skiing and exploring the river. The owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We would highly recommend Hunt House for your Nashville vacation!

The Hunt House

The property was perfect. We had a party of 9 (three of which were teenagers l) and it fit us comfortably. The hosts Tammy and Gary stayed on site but we hardly noticed that they were there. Tammy is quick to respond to our needs. The location was perfect. Our primary focus of the stay was to cost downtown. The drive to downtown was 10-15 minutes tops. Overall we were pleased with the property, the location and the hosts. This place is is clean in a safe location and no far away from downtown.

Country living in the city

This property is outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown while still being a short drive or Uber ride away from the action of Broadway, situated right near Opryland. I was unsure of how an owner occupied property would be but it worked out wonderfully; Tammy and Gary we available as needed but otherwise gave us privacy, their residence is attached but separate entrances. The property has plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms and a dining area big enough for all guests (not something you always find!). Would recommend this property for people who don't want the noise of downtown with convenience to attractions.
