Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located quaint and cozy bungalow.
Enjoy the Coffee and Tea Bar that has a variety of local coffee, teas, and honey. This split floor plan home has updated Kitchen, bathrooms, and hardwood floors throughout. . Located within minutes to historic Riverside, the shops of Avondale, the Murray Hill Library, Five Points, San Marco, downtown Jacksonville and walking distance to the Murray Hill strip with swanky lil restaurants. Super easy access to I-10 and I95.

Other things to note
We charge $30 per pet for short term stays and for longer stays $150 per week per pet or $300 per month per pet.
I do have a Smoke Free space & a strict No Smoking policy (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cig, vaping, marijuana, etc.)
If smoking is detected there will be a $500.00 fee added on top of the cleaning fee.

This home was perfect for my family of 5, with space for more. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Everything you would need during your visit is available or can be found at nearby stores and restaurants. I will stay here whenever I'm in the area.

Hi, Not sure why I received a 4 star . Must not have been that bad.You stayed 3 hours past check out until 1pm then finally I had to ask you all to leave the house. VRBO got involved at some point as well trying to call you to ask you to leave.Which was very awkward for me because usually people follow the rules I didn't review you because I would have given you a 3 star for that. I had other guests coming and it threw my cleaners way off being you were supposed to check out at 10am.. But leaving 3 hours after your supposed to is unacceptable. I do realize this is public post, so I am sorry to everyone else had to get notice of this issue.

We loved this house. The number of bedrooms and the neighborhood were both excellent. We only stayed one night with two other couples but everyone in our group agreed we will stay again when visiting Jacksonville.

Very cute property! We came to visit our son at NAS Jax, and we had plenty of space for the 6 members of our family. The kitchen has very basic amenities, and it would have been nice to have a baking sheet and toaster. The TV in the living room was a little complicated, and instructions would have been handy. We reached out to the host for the WiFi password, and she responded quickly, but it would have been nice to have that information provided on check-in.If you need a great little place to stay in Jacksonville, I would absolutely recommend this location.

Enjoyed our stay

Jesika was a very accommodating host. I needed to change our booking several times, and she was really responsive and helpful. The property was comfy and we enjoyed our stay so much.

The host was very accommodating. We had a problem with the windows, and the host came over in the evening and took care of it immediately. We really enjoyed our stay in the house. Everything we needed was available.

Host was very responsive on messaging. House was comfortable and clean. Only 4 chairs available at dining table (vs. 6 pictured), wish there would have been more given the house sleeps 8, as our group could not all eat together.

The property was perfect for all 5 of our friend group. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect. Good location to downtown. We enjoyed our stay!

We went for a girls weekend get away. The house was perfect for us. We mainly hung out in the living area. The TV was great for movie night. The bedrooms were nice size, the neighborhood was kid friendly but quiet. The hostess, Jessica, was readily available for my questions or concerns, which weren’t many. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent choice!

The house was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfy, Great smart TVs. Jesika was very friendly and easy to work with. Three of us were there for a dog agility competition and it was the perfect location.

Great place

This is a great little house that can hold many people. It has very recently been updated and very clean. They also allow pets, which is very helpful. There is a cute little neighborhood to walk your dog or just go for a stroll. The neighbors were friendly and we saw many other people walking their dogs as well. I would recommend it.

We were in town for family members wedding. So there were multiple locations of different events. This property was a good location because it was central. Very Close to downtown and close to Airport. Bit of a drive to the beach.

Cute property!

This rental was great for our one night stay before a cruise! The immediate neighborhood is adorable and is close to several eateries, and I felt comfortable staying there with my group. The house itself is an older one and has some quirks that come with the charm of older homes. The property owner is working on those things, but they aren’t things that affected our stay! She was communicative about them ahead of time, so we knew what to expect. The only “issues” we had were the grass was a bit high in the backyard, and you have to access the backyard via the front yard (there’s no door from the house to the back), so we didn’t end up relaxing outside like we thought we would. We would definitely stay here again, and appreciated the clear communication from the owner!

An older home with character where it appears considerable time, resources and effort are being made to keep the architectural elements intact with the renovations which have been made thus far. Large bedrooms, a front and back yard for pets and small children to play run and play, mature landscaping and a quiet family-oriented neighborhood are what we liked the most about this place when we had a few family members come in from various locales for Thanksgiving. The kitchen is small and also leads down to one of the bedrooms which has a full bath, washer and dryer and tv and is separate from the rest of the house which was highly coveted by the grandparents when a break was needed from the hubbub of the younger grandchildren. The house is also filled with windows which we loved.Except for kitchen and bath in tile, wood floors are in all the other spaces, and we did have to make efforts to keep them from getting scratched or marked up. Some area rugs would have been nice to have. Considering the house had 4 bedrooms we were surprised to find that there were only 4 chairs for dining in the house. Our host was very accommodating in helping us find a temporary solution.A couple of items to know as well...as is normal in the older homes, the shower is more of a gentle stream and there is no dishwasher.It was perfect for what we needed on this stay and would consider this place again.
