Lovely 1 BR cottage steps from the beach. Very comfortable cottage, easy drive into St. Augustine and close to fun restaurants on the beach. Host was great!

Overall this is a great place to stay. It is close to the beach, and just a short drive to downtown St Augustine.

Wonderful cottage

Very comfortable for two people, great location close to historic downtown, restaurants, grocery, and just steps to the beach. The cottage was a fantastic alternative to a small hotel room for about the same price.

Place was great! Perfect quiet location beach side of A1A. Would i rent again yes. The only slight annoyance was when checking in at noon, was told it wasn't ready they were cleaning the space, however when i then stated i paid extra for a noon check in clerk called someone and then said we could check in now???other than that would i rent again? Yes i would

We loved the small cottage just big enough for my wife and I and our dog,closeness to the beach is what we were after and we got it.Great hosts accommodating always answered our questions promptly.We will try to get this cottage in the future.

Great Spot Near the Beach!!!

This villa is the 3rd house from the beach!! With a beautifully updated kitchen & bathroom, very clean, with all things needed to enjoy your time at the Beach & in St Augustine. It was just about a 10-minute drive to downtown/historic St Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway week at the beach here!

Cozy cottage in great location.

Great stay for the two of us and our dog. The cottage is perfect size, one bedroom with a nice kitchen and living area. It is just three houses back from the beach access. The beach is wide and clean. There are several good restaurants within a couple miles, and a handful within walking distance.

St Augustine mid week stay

Lovely accommodations. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our four night stay. It’s in the beach block on a quiet street. My partner and I were delighted to bring our small dog along with us. I would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect getaway!

Beautiful cottage just steps to the ocean! It was very clean and cozy! We loved that our dogs were welcomed and that there was a large yard for them. We will definitely visit again. Thank you :)

Beach Getaway

Rich and Lauren were the best host. The Sand Dollar west was the perfect spot for us and our little Dachshund, it was just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The room was clean and had all the amenities you could need. Several restaurants were a short walk away also. We will definitely be staying there again.
