Family get away

My wife and I stayed here with her sister and family. The house was clean and stocked with tons of fun things to do. We played pool, cards, on the arcade cabinet, and even took a dip in the hot tub and sauna. Fantastic stay and the host was great. 10 out of 10!

Great House!

We were a group of 8 away for a girls weekend. Loved the house, it was very spacious. The hot tub was wonderful too. We loved the many different outdoor sitting areas. We used the grill too and it worked just fine. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property! The listing was accurate and we had more than enough fun things to do to keep us all busy - including the 3 year old. We were able to cook all of our meals at the house which was great and we loved the backyard/firepit area. The only hiccup we had was that the grill was not clean, but we just used aluminum foil over the grates to cook. Would definitely stay again

Perfect house

The house is very spacious. air conditioners, work great .tons of room, activities, pool table, ping-pong table games, and the hot tub was a plus plus plus. Huge yard very nice fire pit. Everything was great. I will be booking again next year. The Weavers!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The host was gracious, communicative, and responded promptly to my inquiries. The house itself was clean and very spacious and had lots of amenities. We would gladly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the Poconos!

The property was very accurately listed. The house was very nice and well kept. Every room in the house had something to do or a cozy chair to relax and watch a movie.

Spacious, fun

House has everything for entertainment and a big yard. We were on the go, so didnt stay home much, but pool table, pingpong, patio were used daily. May need a little more furniture to be cozy, but met all of our needs. Memorable place.

Boys Trip

We are a group of men in our 50’s doing our once a year gathering to catch up and enjoy our weekend w food and activities. This house full filled our outdoor hang out. Especially the firpit by the water stream/river. Hot tub was key and plenty of rooms and tv’s. Will rent again

What a great place to stay!!!

There's much more to do at the house than listed so our teenager was never bored and neither was anybody else. From the karaoke machine with 2 microphones, the real disco ball in the pool table room, and the dartboard, to the fire pit completely stocked with pre-cut firewood, the bicycles and tennis rackets provided, and the 2 REALLY good massage recliners, we all LOVED our stay at this house. Great and prompt communication from owner too. Would stay again if in area!

7 people and everyone loved it !

Great location for promised land park. There was plenty of accommodations for all seven of us. The young adults loved all the activities like ping pong, pool table darts, and the backyard is huge. Plenty of room for soccer badminton wiffleball. Beautiful home plenty of room. we will be booking again in the future.

The photograph only are low quality, but when you enter the house it looks like a mansion. The house looks amazing. It was just what we wanted.

Did you say fun?

This place was great. So much space for my family and I everyone had so much fun. There was an amazing game room with a karaoke machine, pool table, tv and recliners to relax not mentioning a whole other area with ping pong table. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for the welcome basket

Roomy Getaway spot in the Poconos

Our family of six stayed for a long weekend for a family wedding. The house was exactly as described with plenty of space for everyone. Our dog loved the back yard. The home was recently renovated. The beds were comfortable. Only things missing were a dishwasher and area rugs. Communication with the host was very timely. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, property and owner!

The overall experience was wonderful. Exactly what my group of friends and I where looking for. A beautiful house, with great amenities. An awesome back yard backing a peaceful stream with a superb amount of privacy. The property owner was very helpful with the check in process, and was more than happy to answer any questions. He also left a polish treat basket which was delicious. 10/10 would come back again!

Great for our needs

This property was wonderful for the 10 of us: six adults, two teens, and two children. The property is accessed by a stairway at the front or a walk downhill to a bridge. This was not an issue for us, but it may be for those with accessibility concerns. We would have given it five stars for the accuracy of the listing category, but we could not find a dishwasher. The play/game room downstairs and the ping pong table upstairs kept the kids busy. They loved the disco ball and lights and the karaoke machine. Overall, a great deal that provided the space we needed.

Beautiful and Clean

Pros.. this place was clean, in a nice area and had a great yard. The arrival snack tray was a nice touch and enjoyed by all. They had everything you needed.. paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash. This is a great feature because most VRBO’s only give you a small starter amount. They also had some spices, coffee, and sugar. Cons.. they are still in the process of updating. Smoke detectors were missing. Some areas they were missing the electric outlet cover so wires were hanging out. But the thing that was the scariest was the way the staircase was open. One wrong step or not paying attention coming out of the bathroom and you will be falling down the stairs- major hazard. Conclusion- if you have elderly or small kids I would definitely wait until next year to rent when they can finish the renovations. otherwise it is in amazing place and i would highly recommend.

Family Adventure

My husband was running a marathon at The Promised Land State Park, about 15 minutes away. My younger daughter is on the autism spectrum, so it's best to have a place to stay with space. This home not only had space, it had spaceES! So many spaces! A room with a ping pong table, a room with a pool table, a bedroom here, a bedroom with bunkbeds there- I mean, it was phenomenal! My ten year old loved the basement in general, but especially the karaoke machine and giant home theatre area! My 5 year old loved the pool table and all the rooms (and all the tv's!). I loved all the space and the giant cooking area. My husband loves nothing- and he couldn't stop smiling. They couldn't believe when I told them there was also a workout room and sauna! We all loved it all. Lastly, it must be mentioned. You have everything you could need, if you forgot it! Tin foil, yes. Olive Oil, yes! It did rain, so we weren't able to enjoy the gorgeous backyard, but we saw deer often! Splendid all around. Beautiful art touches here and there. Really beautiful statement pieces! We would stay here over and over. Recommend 1000%.
