Literally steps to the beach and boardwalk. Right next to the "Jersey Shore House" & other attractions. This unit (unit #3) is beautifully renovated and is now available.

Don’t waste time to waiting on line to get beach badges. 4 beach badges ($40 per day savings) are included for your convenience and enjoyment. Children 11 and under are free to enjoy the beach.

No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen.

*** Added Entertainment
Roku Smart TV with Hulu + Live TV (HBO, Sports, Stars & Showtime) included. You can also sign in with your Netflix or Amazon Prime account.

*** Outdoor Space
A private porch is available for your enjoyment.

*** Build with comfort in mind
Newly installed Mini Split air conditioning and heating system.

*** Build with Security and convenience in mind
Outdoor security camera with electronic key-less smart lock for easy access.

*** Guest access
You will have full access to the entire apartment with one parking space on premises (No aggravation on where to find parking during peak season) .
Additional parking is available at near by parking lots. Street meter parking is also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting. A new code will be generated for every new guest check-in.

Other things to note:

If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property or nearby that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels for beach use.

We do not have dishwasher in the unit. However, plates, bowls, mugs and utensils will be washed and sanitized prior to new guests arrival. Guests are required to wash their own dishes during their stay.

Please follow our house rule so all guests can enjoy their vacation. Thank you and welcome to our beach house.

I can’t say enough about the place it was exactly what the app showed. Couldn’t be any closer to the boardwalk and walk onto the beach. Very clean. Definitely would stay again.

The unit is absolutely perfect! Two bedrooms a/very comfortable beds. Very clean w/nice amenities Location is right off the boardwalk. Can’t really get much closer. Communication w/the owners has been easy! I can’t say anything negative about this location/unit. Has made our quick family beach trip all we could ask for. I would definitely stay here again!

A cute small beach house/apartment right next to the beach, literally step out of the driveway and you are on the boardwalk. Walking distance to many near by areas. We walked to the bay each day and to the local cvs. Host communication is excellent and efficient. It had what we needed and worked for our vacation needs!! Clean and advertisement was right on.

Perfect spot for three middle aged women that needed a break from the norm. Perfect location. Clean space. All the amenities we needed were right there. Great parking. Would definitely recommend and plan on booking again

Hosts were so communicative, understanding and flexible. The location couldn't have been better. It's just steps from the boardwalk with easy access to the beach, making it SO convenient! We also really appreciated the outdoor space. The nice porch, picnic tables, grill access, outdoor shower, and designated parking spot made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.The unit itself was cute, clean, and perfect for a short getaway. It was thoughtfully stocked with so many essentials that many rentals don't provide, including linens, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, coffee pods, and more. The air conditioning worked great, and the ceiling fans kept everything comfortable!One small tip for future guests: if you'd rather not wash dishes during your stay, you may want to bring paper plates and disposable utensils. It wasn't an issue for us at all, just something to keep in mind.Overall, this was a great experience, and we'd happily stay here again!

The location to the beach was great. Hosts were very communicative about the procedures to check in/out and promptly answered any questions I had. The air conditioning didn’t seem to cool very well. Otherwise, pleased with the experience. Saw lots of dolphins.

Comfortable! Location!!! Parking!

This place was everything that my family needed for a stay in Seaside Heights. You’re steps from the Boardwalk and an entrance to the ocean. You save money on parking and on beach passes too! Once you’re done with the beach, there’s an outdoor shower and picnic area which is perfect for cleaning up before going inside and also amazing for outdoor meals. This home makes going to the beach with kids a breeze and cuts the hassle tremendously. The beds are comfy. Climate control works phenomenally. It’s also a plus that it comes with complimentary snacks, coffee, and shower products in case you forgot something. Check in is simple too. We had everything we needed all week long, and I know we’d have had no trouble if there was anything we lacked. The hosts were kind enough to check in and communicative. 1000% recommend.

Lovely stay in this clean and quiet property. It is conveniently located steps from the beach and boardwalk yet it is private and the area is safe and clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place & great location.

This place was great, perfect for the four of us. Only little complaint was that the bathroom wasn’t sweep but other then that this place was perfect & I’d definitely stay there again.

Seaside Height's hidden gem

This was a quaint apartment located at the end of the Seaside Heights Boardwalk and just off the beach. So a great location for families to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer. The apartment was clean and well cared for. Vivian and Jack were very thoughtful and timely with their communications throughout our visit. We would rent there again.

Always want a property by the beach. Great Location right off the boardwalk and beach.

Once you park the car, you can literally walk to anywhere in town. No dragging luggage, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs etc. No extra parking fee. Supermarket, convenience store and pharmacy are very close by. Many good restaurant are also within walking distance. You can also take the sky ride to the main attractions.
