Indulge in the luxury of an Ocean House Townhome. This premiere townhome is rented out on a monthly basis during the summer and also is a winter rental.
Considered one of the most majestic structures overlooking the Maine Sea Coast, the Ocean House was a well known hotel facing Short Sands Beach, and had a grandeur all its own. After having been destroyed by fire, this once proud 19th century landmark has been entirely rebuilt from the foundation up, not only to recreate its former splendor, but to add to it in ways sympathetic to its architectural massing and detail.
Three bedroom/two bath, this casually, elegant townhome is a gem to come home to. Nestled in the heart of downtown York Beach, this townhome is close to the beach, boutiques and eateries. The efficient galley kitchen has just been renovated. Cozy up in front of the wood burning fireplace during the winter evenings. Laundry is on the second floor. Enjoy your coffee or tea on your private balcony while savoring the intoxicating salt air. The townhome has an attached garage. Step out your front door to a private park maintained by the association. The fitness center is another highlight of staying in an Ocean House property. Schedule a bridge game in the common living room overlooking Short Sands.
Beachside or poolside? Luxuriate in our glass enclosed heated pool, hot tub and large communal deck for sunning or cross the street and relax in your beach chair as you ponder the temperature of the water.
