We loved our stay. The view cannot be beat. You will be hard-pressed to find a better beachfront property (with parking!) available at this price point. The hosts were friendly, communicative and helpful. A smooth and convenient stay. With that said, though clean, some rooms in the property are slightly dated. Hardware is practical/functional while the interior design is bright and cheery with a contemporary beach motif throughout. Overall, value and quality are certainly fair given the view/location. Would certainly stay here again!

This is an excellent place to stay if you want easy beach access and a beach front view at all times! This place is clean, reasonably prices and convenient to local restaurants without fighting traffic. I will be a repeat client! Plus no children or teenagers!

Upon arriving the unit smells musty and was not renovated. New flooring which was not completed yet and paint was done. Light bulbs missing in key areas. Dryer does not work in unit will not get hot. This is not a great unit if you are looking for tranquility. You will hear every footstep from upstairs. The back doors are fogged up. The smell never went away. The pictures on the description are AI generated.

Really enjoyed our stay, view was amazing and located near shops and restaurants. Only complaint was the group above us was loud, none stop running from room to room every morning and evening.

Perfect getaway!

This place was even better than the listing! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view and beach access were perfection! Such a relaxing getaway. We are already planning to return soon.

The view is the first thing you see when you walk in the door. The access to the beach is convenient and just steps away. Will stay there again.

Can’t beat the location!!

We love our stay at Blue Mountain Villas every year. This property has a few dated appliances but all work well enough for a week’s stay. Two chairs on the beach and two street bikes included in our stay was a huge bonus for us!! We will definitely be back!

This location is fantastic. However, some major updates need to be done before I can recommend fully for future guests. We spent the entire time listening to the visitors above us walk-through their unit. It was so frustrating. I contacted the host and they said that they had talked to the tenants above us and while that’s great I think that there needs to be some insulation or something between the floors added because all you hear is stomping constantly if there are renters above you. Granted we were not in the room very often, but if we wanted to go to bed early and they were up, we stayed up until they went to bed. Additionally, when we got there, we realized that the dryer was not working. So we hung dry any clothes that needed to be washed. I contacted the host and let them know and they said that they will contact the repair person, but the person never showed up at all. I’m not entirely convinced that the washer even agitates. I’m re-washing all of our clothes at home now. I personally like to do laundry while I’m gone so that way I don’t have to come home to a bunch of it left to do. The sheets were clean. The couch was clean. The footstool looks like people have had their shoes on while sitting. However, with all of that said you cannot beat the location. It’s a private beach and it is steps away to the sand and water. The sunsets are incredible. But these couple of things really need to be fixed to make the stay fully enjoyable.

Nice updated furniture. Our favorite thing is the first floor patio with view of the ocean. The dolphins 🐬 were so active!

Vacation

Easy to find and right on the beach. Close to trails and parks as well as restaurants. My only suggestion would be to more clearly define what is all included in the “starter pack”

Summer vacation

The property location was great! Only complaint was the stove eyes weren’t plugged in so we had to fix that and the couch had so many stains we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. Overall, this was a great condo!

We notified 30 vacay each day of the electrical danger from the light over kitchen sink hanging down and not secured to the cabinet. There is black mold under the caulking on the left side of the bathroom sink. There was only one patio chair the rest were low beach chairs that we are too old to use. Each day we were promised maintenance would be over to fix the problems. No one ever came. The online description was newly remodeled. Bathroom was never remodeled. Very deceptive. We have stayed multiple times in BMV 12b and 11b. but 3b was disgusting compared to them.
