This is a beautiful property and great location on the beach! The condo is well stocked and has great gulf views! Kings Crown is beautifully landscaped and kept very clean. Kingfisher Properties were easy to work with and checked on us during our stay! We will definitely be back!!!!

Very clean and well equipped unit located directly on the beautiful sand beach, easy to walk on and lots of shells. Facility is undergoing some repair work, but did not interfere at all with our stay. Highly recommend!

It would have been wonderful except for the jackhammer drilling under our room for 2 weeks with the only warning being “there might be a little construction in the area” Bordered on false advertising. Would not have rented if we had known the extent of the noise in our wood. Not returning.

My overall experience with our stay at the condo was fantastic. The location of the condo and the ocean view was beautiful. We understood there was going to be some construction at the location but the workers were courteous and friendly. My only complaint if any, occurred on our last day on the beach. Some other residents from the other complex decided to plant their large canopy, umbrellas, fishing poles, beach chairs etc…. Right directly in front of our window at our condo at 7:00 AM and then walked away from their homestead and never saw them again! It would have been more respectful to at least plant your belongings in front of your complex on the other side so we don’t have to see it all day and blocking our view that we paid for!

While the beach is a shared public space and we’re not able to control where others choose to set up, I completely understand how that would be frustrating, especially when it impacts your view.
