It is hard to imagine how you can top this location surrounded by water views punctuated by playful dolphins just a few yards off shore, and with beaches a mere flight of steps to a never crowded white sand beach kissed by gentle waves.

The view could not be better. The place was very clean and in order. Keep in mind, I was there alone with my two dogs. Our purpose was to walk on the beach and fish. We succeeded and it was wonderful.

We loved our stay at this property. You are literally on the water. The view was amazing and the home was equipped with everything we needed. We built a fire on the beach a few nights , collected lots of seashells and watched a fisherman catch a shark. We got takeout because we didn't want to leave the amazing view. Sunsets from the deck were awesome!

Fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing.

This location absolutely can't be beat! Just a few steps down the stairs and you are on the beach.The views are breathtaking and the house had everything that we needed and more! I would be happy to stay here again.

Endless Summer

Absolutely wonderful spring break vacation. Location is nothing short of amazing! We loved watching the sunset on horseback! Owners were extremely kind and so easy to work with. We look forward to vacationing here again soon.

Beachfront!!

Great location directly on the beach! Love the porch and plenty of room inside! Stocked kitchen and big living room area. Love all the windows and being able to look at the beach and listen to the waves from multiple rooms of the house! We highly enjoyed our vacation at this place and already wanting to return!

It was a gorgeous view at all times. I have used VRBO for years and never had anything bad to say about the places.I will say at this one there were many things that made the vaca inconvenient at best. Windows are sooooo covered in salt you cannot enjoy the view from inside the house. The pots and pans especially in the drawer underneath the oven were put back in without ever being washed . Slippery and filthy with a ton of crumbs in bottom of drawer, Pretty much every door is so tight you may or may not ever be able to even use the door at all . Upstairs master bedroom main door, upstairs bathroom door, downstairs bathroom door mainly ….. a couple times people were stuck in there until someone came in and heard them freaking out . Absolutely no instructions on light that use remotes to work We all thought there were no room lights as the remotes were not laid out they were in a drawer . The listing says it’s close to everything…. 35 minutes to grocery store bars downtown etc . NO UBERS NO TAXI NO TRANSPORT AVAILABLE IF YOU DRINK IN TOWN Does say it includes bath towels…. One each That’s it lol laundry must be done every other day …. Loved the place itself but would not go back or recommend to another family . I’m so sorry to leave a negative review but it was not ideal or comparable to other Vrbos .

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home and its beautiful views. A few clarifications - Cape San Blas is a relatively secluded beach destination, and the lack of Uber, taxis, and other readily available transportation is not unique to our home. This is something that is easily discovered with a small amount of research about the area before booking. We’re also quite surprised by the comments regarding the doors. We have never experienced the doors being so tight that guests could not use them. Had this actually been brought to our attention during the stay, we would have addressed it immediately (like I did with the internet issue upon your arrival). We leave out 2 full sets of towels per guest in the King and Queen bedrooms and 1 full set per guest in the bunk rooms. One set on each bed and another set under the vanity in each bathroom. It sounds like you missed it in the check-in instructions to check under the vanities for additional towels. For the fans and overhead lighting there are labels next to each light switch saying “use remote”. We do take the comments regarding the cookware and windows seriously and will review those items with our cleaning and maintenance teams. We always welcome constructive feedback, but we also encourage guests to research the destination and understand the characteristics of the area before booking. Cape San Blas is not downtown, and that is very much part of its appeal and why guests choose our area.

Rich thank you for taking such great care of the home during your stay. Rest assured the house isn't going anywhere. The pilings are driven an additional 30' into the ground and unfortunately during high winds and storms it shows the original foundation which can definitely look sketchy, but has no structural bearing to the home. Endless Summer survived Hurricane Michael with only losing a couple pieces of siding and a chimney cap! She's been on the Cape since the 80's and has weathered anything Mother Nature has sent her way. I hope we get you to return!!

The best!

We went down with close family friends to your wonderful home! I couldn’t believe how gorgeous the house was! It had all the comforts of home and being right on the beach was such a plus with the kids! There was a lot of room for everyone when we were inside lounging and you couldn’t beat the views! We hope to be back next year and make this an annual stay!

We visited for my mom & brothers milestone birthday. The beach house was wonderful! Excellent location. The only issue we had was the I never received the check-in email, but I was able to get in touch with the host quickly & had no more issues.

First time at Cape San Blas

Beautiful home with amazing location literally steps from the sand and water! Even better than the pictures portrayed. Views from every place in the house, but the deck was hard to leave! Loved the house and the cape. Hoping to return soon! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Endless Summer

Endless Summer is a perfect name and was just what we were looking for for our family get together. It is right on the beach. A beautiful place to watch sunrises and sunsets. Kyle was very easy to work with and responded to my emails promptly. Many happy memories were made at Endless Summer.

Amazing location, clean & well equipped

The owner was very accommodating & has this ocean front house well stocked with everything a family needs to enjoy the sand and surf. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The layout was well thought out and offered privacy for our large family. The house is ON the beach. You simply can’t stay closer to the water unless you sleep on a boat. We’ve stayed at many places in the area, but we will return to this one! Highly recommend.

Beach trip

This property is as advertised - on the water. There was a spring storm that came in and caused pretty significant beach erosion around and under the home. Kyle came to make sure everything was ok and offered to relocate us. We chose to stay and enjoyed our time. You will not get a property more on the beach / water than this one.

Location, location, location

I’m not sure how to accurately paint the picture as to how “on the beach” this property is. I think at high tide on the first day there, the waves were literally lapping the stairs on the house. There is no beating the location. Dreamy views through the house, and on the deck, you’re so near the ocean, you almost feel like you’re on a pier. You can sit on the deck and watch your kids play in the water, and toast the sunset each night. Totally dreamy to not have to drag stuff to and from the beach, because you’re literally ON It!

A little piece of Heaven

This was our families second vacation in this lovely accommodating home. To sit on the porch and over see the teens play while watching the (grand) baby monitor ...was a gift. Pat is an incredible owner....she cares....and wants your stay to be perfect. You'll find the kitchen fully stocked (crock pot and all) and a cupboard of spices, etc left behind. Everything is clearly identified and labeled to ensure proper return placement after using, which was very helpful with 3 women in the kitchen (smile). We will return and are so thankful that this little piece of Heaven is shared!

Captivated on the Cape

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE house with the best ocean/beach views by far! We loved the easy access to the beach, we had 4 kids under the age of 5 and it was awesome being able to store everything literally on the beach. Not having to cart everything down. The kitchen had every utensil/gadget you would need (even kid bowls and cups! The house even came with a storage tub full of beach toys!! All bedrooms had tvs with streaming apps which was super helpful for Saturday game day! Kyle was an absolutely wonderful host! He was super helpful and made the entire process very easy! We’ve been coming to the Cape the last 10 years and this house by far has been my favorite! We’re already looking to book it again!

Family beachfront in Florida

Great location! We were a little disappointed that this was a duplex rather than a full house so we were a little more cramped than I thought we would be. Our only other comment is the property is definitely dated and the beds and bed linens were mediocre at best. Overall we loved our stay. Thanks!

Words cannot describe how peaceful it was here. Home was just as described. Views were amazing. Access to the beach was great! We're already planning our next trip back!
