Couples vacation

The apartment was great. Very close to all locations we wanted to visit. We walked around the property and the hot tub water was not hot but overall beautiful location.

Clean and roomy. Community is in the middle of upgrades but it wasn’t disruptive at all. Security was great and accommodating. Still need to fix the bathroom fans, they are LOUD. Not enough to deter us from staying again next visit to the island.

Surprise Bday Trip

I brought my husband & daughter for a surprise bday trip planned at the last min. I seen this condo listed & was a very reasonable price. It looks the same as it is pictured. The neighborhood is pretty quiet & clean. Sonia is an amazing host. She's very responsive & great with communication. She answers any answers you may ask. She made the process very simple, pleasurable & quick!

Bathroom exhuat fans

Everything was nice except for the bathroom exhaust fans that were noisy when lights turned on. Although, the bathroom fans being loud, the rest ot the unit was excellent. I will still recommend this rental unity to my network. Love it!

As advertised, we only had TVs in the Master bedroom and living room. Sorry if you overlooked this when reviewing our listing. Thank you for alerting me about the AC, as this is the first time I have heard about it. I will check on this matter.

They knew they had vermin

We were informed they had a insect issue described as "ants" just prior to check in but definitely after the no refund policy. The "ants" were roaches. Our check in process was difficult, we contacted the host via message and phone and didn't hear back until 3 hours later. Overall my experience with Sonia and her property was not enjoyable.

Kandi- I am sorry to hear about this experience, as you did not stay at the residence. Rather your guests, who you reported enjoyed themselves, stayed. Thank you for expressing your concern. Ants are often an insect that appear at beach properties, which require we encourage individuals to clean up after themselves. I never received pictures as I requested. I did still go ahead and followed up on this concern, as I take these matters seriously, to ensure our property does not have roaches.

Airplanes taking off in both Bathrooms!

It was a nice location on the first floor. However, the sliding doors had two locks that were broken. I called the owner, and she had the property manager come out the next evening, but he was not able to fix the sliding doors until the next day! This was uncomfortable for me and my husband! We did not sleep well for two nights! The two bathrooms do have air exhust fans that sound like Airplanes are taken off and are very notice. I let the owner known this fact. Wherther she fix them I do not NO. Will not stay there again!
