Regarding towel and toilet paper replenishment, we provide a one-time supply upon arrival, as is standard for vacation rentals. However, we value your feedback as we strive to enhance our guest experience. We understand the inconvenience with the elevators and appreciate your patience. This information is noted in our listing, and per building management, maintenance is expected to be completed by June 2025. We’d love to welcome you back in the future!

Thank you for sharing a detailed review of your recent stay at our property. Our team responds promptly to emails and text messages as it was in this case. We have agents and maintenance people working over the weekend. As issues are reported to us, our team is able to go to the unit as long as our guests grant us permission to go in to address the problem. If is not granted, we don't go to follow our ethical procedures. Despite of that we are glad you had a good stay.
