Greatly enjoyed our stay! Villa was spacious, clean and in a great location with a nice view of a lagoon. Enjoyed the community tennis and pickleball courts and easy access to the bike bath. Highly recommend this place. Coastal Vacation Rentals was great too - friendly and responsive.

We were visiting unfortunately due to a family health situation but we would definitely return to this rental for vacation. It’s in an excellent location with access to Sea Pines, good value, kid and dog-friendly and great communication with the property managers. As others have mentioned, a few of the furniture pieces are a bit worn, but all still comfortable and in good working condition. The stove/microwave looked new and the bathrooms are all nice and clean. Being right next to the nature reserve and trails made our dog very happy. We did manage to take our daughter to the pool once and that was lovely as well. Overall a very nice stay; a great family rental.

Five Weeks at Carolina Place

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolina Place. The location next to the Forest Preserve and view of the lagoon (alligators, turtles, birds, etc.) was excellent. Close to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Condo is tired, missing some basic kitchen equipment and living room furniture needs to be replaced. We found Coastal Vacations attentive and easy to work with.

Fall Break Sea Pines Getaway

Sea pines is our favorite yearly destination and this beautiful condo did not disappoint! We loved the coastal decor and the tranquil setting! Beds were comfortable and our stay was wonderful as we enjoyed the pickle ball courts and lounging around the pool! Bike riding to Harbor Town and eating at the new Quarterdeck restaurant was another treat as well as enjoying the Harbor Town cafe for a quick breakfast! Kelly was awesome to work with and answered any concerns quickly and always with a great uplifting attitude! You will not be disappointed if you stay at Carolina Place!
