Fantastic beach location for a family group or friend group

Very clean very comfortable rental great location easy beach access cool sea lions at the harbor lovely quiet beach town the house had everything we needed to cook for big group, very clean, comfortable beds, room to spread out toys for the beach on the garage!

Amazing vacation

We had the most amazing time in this beautiful home. The location was perfect with a great view of the beach. The house was so nice and very clean. We will definitely visit again.

Amazing host and rental

Great location. Clean and spacious rental. Very comfortable. Kiddos enjoyed the game room. Host was very helpful and attentive. Had everything we needed for a family gathering. Will definitely be rent again!

Wonderful Family Memories

We had a wonderful family vacation all thanks to this beautiful property! The host provided so many amenities (beach toys, chairs, games) that made our travel with 4 young kids so easy. We also loved the close proximity to the beach! The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed to feel like we were right at home. We’ll cherish the family memories we made here and plan to come back!

A Perfect Family Gathering!

Anacapa House was absolutely what my family and I were looking for to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together and also have some privacy. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we could have asked for right down to the smallest detail. The location was perfect for a memorable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anacapa House to friends and family.

Just the Sibs

We had the best time! Stacy is kind and personable. The house was perfect for 6 siblings joining the 7th in Ventura! We all had our own room, outdoor shower after beach day was fantastic. Beautiful beach steps out the door.

The house was perfect for the family. Everyone had their own space with first floor bedrooms with their own bathroom and a refrigerator to the rooftop outdoor patio with an awesome view of the ocean where we watched the sunset and the game room right there that the kids loved. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The corner market was a quick walk down the street in case we wanted to pick up something. The outdoor shower worked great and was perfect for showering off after a beach day before entering the home. The vibe was really laid back and chill, perfect for rest, relaxation, beach time!

Ladies celebrate 70!

Six of us friends, from the sixth grade, celebrated turning 70 in a perfect setting. The house was lovely with a bedroom each. The roof deck had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean on a stunning, sunny day. We played ping pong, games and cooked great meals in a spotless fully equipped kitchen. The location was great and provided lovely walks along the harbor and beach. Stacy the owner went above and beyond with so many special touches, including a custom sign welcoming us. She was wonderful, the house was wonderful and we all enjoyed a fabulous time!

This property is amazing! My kids and their kids joined me for a family vacation and this property was perfect! The space is very well-designed for groups. There were plenty of quiet corners when someone needed a little alone time, and also plenty of space for togetherness when we were cooking, eating, playing games, or having movie time. The kitchens were well-stocked with cooking essentials and the garage was well-stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes.We spent our days on the beach, which is beautiful and very close. We saw dolphins and sea lions every day, and there were so many beautiful shells and unbroken starfish. We made sand castles, moats, and buried the kids. We took walks in the early mornings and at sunset. It was very relaxing. My entire crew loved the house and its location. It was the easiest check-in we've ever had. The owner is great to work with and very kind. Check-out was easy too, with only a short list of things we were asked to do on our way out the door. Don't hesitate to book this property, it is wonderful!

This home and location could not have been better. Everyone slept well, the kitchen was well stocked, the game room was a big hit, and we had a very comfortable stay. We all agreed that we’d love to return.

Epic Thanksgiving Vaca!

This property was delightful! Clean with ample room and accommodations for the whole family. We all enjoyed rooftop views, homemade meals in the gorgeous kitchen, spikeball on the beach, and even snuck in a little body surfing at the great break on Silver Strand. The weather and environment made for a very memorable Thanksgiving!

Absolutely perfect Beach House

This House is wonderful. The beach is close and clear and cool. The beds are so comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need to make a nice meal and to enjoy the sunset from the deck. The communication with the managers was excellent, convenient and helpful. 5 stars for everything!
