La nostra Guest House si trova nel bellissimo quartiere Bird Rock di La Jolla, noto per la sua tortuose strade alberate e il fascino di mare. La proprietà si trova su una strada molto tranquilla a pochi minuti dal villaggio di La Jolla con ristoranti che di negozi di design, gallerie d'arte, e premiato. Siamo isolati di distanza dall'Oceano Pacifico e il quartiere degli affari di Bird Rock; ristoranti, boutique e caffè, tra cui Bird Rock Coffee Roasters premiato Best Coffee Roaster in USA
La struttura è adiacente alla cintura verde, e noi siamo in una strada molto tranquilla, ma vicino a tutti da La Jolla di San Diego e attrazioni.

La Guest House dispone di pavimenti in legno in tutto. Ci sono due camere da letto, una con un pull-out California King e top di gamma ripiegato futon Regina, e l'altro con la parte superiore della linea di ripiegare futon regina e cresciuto 28 'piattaforma letto matrimoniale. Ci sono due bagni con doccia (uno in camera). Abbiamo appena aggiunto una nuova cucina con ripiani in granito, armadietti personalizzati e fornelli a gas e forno. Microonde e Macchina caffè. Adiacente alla cucina è una zona pranzo e soggiorno con letto aggiuntivo estraibile Regina. C'è una zona salotto all'aperto e barbecue. C'è posto a sedere per i pasti in casa. Abbiamo anche appena aggiunto un nuovo marchio lavatrice / asciugatrice. Il nostro rifugio La Jolla è a soli venti minuti dal centro di San Diego, l'aeroporto e le principali attrazioni! Great Place to Stay

Perfect cozy spot

This home is cozy, has everything you need and easy to get to. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here, there were enough beds and linens and it was a cozy place for us. The owners were easy to work with and were very responsive. Overall 5/5 experience

LA Jolla

We had a great stay overall! The unit was, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. While we really enjoyed our time here, we did notice that the unit could benefit from some updates to make it even better. That said, it still served us well for our trip, and we appreciated the hospitality

Adorable Location Walking Distance to Ocean/Shops

Our family spent three nights here and loved it! Beautiful quiet neighborhood, clean space, and lots of sleeping options. We walked to see the ocean and to get coffee at Bird Rock - just what we needed for our vacation. :) Would definitely come back!

Cozy little cottage

Location is pretty good. Unit above us was pretty noisy. Bed was comfy but the futon not so much. You could sleep 9-10 people but the bathrooms are very small. Kitchen is nice small but it was perfect size for the three of us. We were surprised to find centipedes in the kitchen sink every morning as well as a few spiders in the bathroom, so if you don’t mind a few bugs. There’s no a/c just a couple of fans. Needs a little work but overall pretty cute little place.

Great Location

Wonderful location in La Jolla…close proximity to beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Host was very responsive when I had questions/inquiries. There are families that live above the unit, but that is disclosed and the noise was not bothersome. It’s a very simple space and covered our needs perfectly, especially since we were in and out a lot. Would definitely stay again.

Cute, Convenient and Centrally Located

Great price for our budget. Parking is in a driveway, not on the road, which was nice. Home had plenty of beds for my husband and I and our three teens. Tons of extra bedding and towels. Kitchen has room to cook simple meals and it was nice to have two bathrooms. There is even a foot wash and small shower head outside to rinse off after going to the beach. It was comfortable and just what we needed! We were within 15-30 minutes of everything we wanted to see in the San Diego Area.

Beautiful home in LaJolla

This place was just what my family needed while stayed in La Jolla for three days. The owner was more than accommodating and friendly. And the home was clean, safe, and relaxing. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Great location in La Jolla. It was only my son and I, but I think we probably could have slept 8+ people in there. Great place to stay and will stay there again if in the area.

Not for me

This place was not for me. It just wasn’t comfortable. Mirrors on most walls, I do not understand why people insist on doing this. Bedroom, living rooms, kitchen. No air ventilation or AC except box fans. Bathmat was still wet and several hanging towels from previous guests were hung, there were plenty of other clean towels at least. Some house centapeds crawling around. Multiple doors and locks randomly, I think this is a converted garage and the lower level of a house. For me personally I paid approx 290 a night including all fees and I would be happier paying a bit more for a hotel. Tried to communicate with owner about their opinion on something, no answer back. Left a message to say I checked out, no response. Location is nice, enough to walk to some little shops and coffee, can also walk to viewpoint of ocean.

We had everything we needed and if we didn't have it we found it close by. Just a short walk to the beach!

La Jolla vacation

This was an awesome place to stay for 5 days in La Jolla. Though it was small, the place was well designed to house 3 adults and 2 young kids. Great location and close to the ocean. We loved it!!

We're from an international hospitality background (Se habla espanol!), and you can find us most Sundays at La Jolla Farmers Market, where I display and sell my watercolors. We couldn't imagine living anywhere else than Bird Rock! After one visit, you'll see why our guests return year after year...

We love the convenience of being in Bird Rock La Jolla, and all that it has to offer. Living on our one block tree-lined street, in this peaceful neighborhood, has all the charm of a small town. Restaurants, boutiques, cafes and the beach are all within easy walking distance. We love the perfect year-round climate, and the sea breezes that blow in each day, keeping the air crystal clean.The beauty of La Jolla is breathtaking. We think that it's the most beautiful place in the world!
